Ohio State basketball vs. Iowa: How to watch and listen to the game Sunday

Ohio State hosts the Hawkeyes trying to reclaim its winning ways as the regular season winds down. Here’s how to find the game.

After dropping two games in a row, the Ohio State basketball team finds itself in a precarious predicament. The Buckeyes have been hanging on to a No. 4 ranking and expected No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, but that is nowhere near being a sure thing at this point.

OSU played well enough to win both of its losses to Michigan and Michigan State but ultimately couldn’t close out either game allowing both opponents to take leads late in the game. I’ll give a pass against the No. 3 Wolverines, but against unraked Sparty, there was a lack of defensive focus and poor offensive positions in the final minutes.

The road certainly doesn’t get any easier as Ohio State plays host to No. 9 Iowa in a rematch from earlier in the month. The Bucks took care of the Hawkeyes in Iowa City with some sharp shooting and a well-executed game plan against center, Luka Garza.

With only two games left before the Big Ten tournament, this one seems like a game OSU needs to win to get momentum on its side again.

Ohio State basketball vs. Iowa: How and where to watch and listen to the game Thursday

All the information you need to see or hear Ohio State basketball as they travel to Iowa for a top-ten matchup.

It’s no secret the Big Ten Conference is really good. And tonight, we get a top ten matchup when No. 7 Ohio State travels to Iowa City to face the No. 8 Iowa Hawkeyes.

The Buckeyes haven’t played since knocking off Michigan State by a margin of 17 points on Sunday. Iowa then played Sparty two days later beating MSU by 6.

It will be interesting to see how OSU handles the size of the Hawkeyes. Luka Garza is a beast at 6 feet, 11 inches, can play inside and out, averages 26.5 points per game, and shoots over 45 percent from beyond the arc. Iowa also has another almost seven-footer in Jack Nunge. It could be a matchup problem for the Buckeyes who top out at 6 feet, 8 inches.

Tonight’s game has huge implications in the Big Ten standings as well. Ohio State and Iowa are both currently tied for third place finding themselves just a game and a half behind conference leader, Michigan.

Ohio State basketball vs. Maryland: How and where to watch and listen to the game

Ohio State hosts No. 7 Maryland in a pivotal Big Ten Matchup. Here’s all the television, radio, and streaming information for the game.

The peaks and valleys of the Ohio State basketball season continue today when Ohio State hosts Big Ten leader Sunday at 4PM. The Terps have been the most consistent and dangerous team in the conference this season, and bring in a lofty No. 7 ranking. If they were in another conference that didn’t beat itself up so much, they are probably ranked even higher.

Ohio State on the other hand just got back into the top 25 rankings. A loss against Iowa on the road though earlier in the week likely means the Buckeyes drop back out of the top 25 unless it can find a way to beat Maryland.

It’s an important game and if you are looking for how to watch, stream, or listen to the game, we’ve got it for you.

Ohio State basketball vs. Iowa: How and where to watch and listen to the game

Ohio State travels to Iowa to take on a ranked Hawkeyes team. Here’s all the television, streaming and radio information to watch the game.

Ohio State has turned things around since an awful January spiral that put any thoughts of a Big Ten title out of the equation — winning five of its last six. However, things will ratchet up quite a bit when it travels to Iowa City to take on a ranked Hawkeye club that has only one Big Ten loss at home.

The Buckeyes have gotten themselves more solidly into the NCAA field with the run of much-improved play, but it needs to finish with a decent finishing kick to remain away from bubble territory.

It all starts with a Thursday night matchup that’s going to be an awfully tough one. How will it all go? In case you are looking for where to find the television broadcast, want to stream the game on your device, or want to dial up the radio, we’ve got all the info for you.
