If you’ve been waiting for the chance to purchase single game Ohio State football tickets, now is your time. That’s because anyone can now take a stab at nabbing tickets online through the Ticketmaster by clicking on the promotion shared on the Ohio State Buckeyes official X page.

All total, there are eight chances to see OSU play this fall in the ‘Shoe. The Buckeyes will play host to Akron, Western Michigan, and Marshall as a part of the nonconference slate, and will welcome Iowa, Nebraska, Purdue, Indiana, and Michigan in Big Ten home contests.

We would implore you to act now because with what’s expected from this team this fall, any tickets remaining will most likely be gobbled up as the season draws nigh, especially against the better opponents.

Ohio State football single-game and mini-plan tickets to go on sale

On Friday, the Ohio State Department of Athletics released information on dates of sale for the Pick 3 mini-plan option and select single-game tickets for the 2023 Ohio State home football season.

The dates are as follows:

  • June 7 / 10 a.m. EDT – Pick Three mini-plan; Fans can build their own mini-plan by selecting one of these two games (Youngstown State or Western Kentucky) and adding any two games from this trio of games: Maryland, Michigan State, and Minnesota;
  • June 13 / 10 a.m. – OSU Alumni Association members single game presale; and
  • June 16 / 10 a.m. – General public single-game sales.

According to the release, “Prices for the Pick 3 mini-plan will start as low as $168. Depending on availability, fans will be able to choose best available seating from multiple price zones in Ohio Stadium to build their package.”

“Where available, single-game ticket prices will start as low as $41 and will vary across price zones and opponents. A detailed grid of single-game prices by opponent and price zone is available at http://go.osu.edu/fbtix.”

Ohio State sets dates for football single game tickets and mini-plans

You know the Ohio State football season is nigh when dates are communicated for single-game tickets to go on sale. That’s exactly what we received from the OSU athletic department in a release on Thursday.

According to that release, single-game ticket sales, including a Pick Three mini-plan option, for 2022 Ohio State home football games will begin in the month of June. Fans can learn more and purchase tickets online at http://go.osu.edu/fbtix.

Here are the upcoming sale dates communicated from Ohio State:

  • June 14 / 10 a.m. EDT – Pick Three mini-plan; Fans can build their own mini-plan by selecting one game from each of these three options: either Arkansas State or Toledo; and either Wisconsin or Iowa; and either Rutgers or Indiana;
  • June 21 / 10 a.m. EDT – Ohio State Alumni Association members single game presale; and
  • June 24 / 10 a.m. EDT – General public single-game sales.

Pick three mini-plans will begin at $166, while single-game tickets can be purchased for as low as $42. Both will vary across price zones and opponents.

Ohio State single game football tickets to go on sale this week

According to a release from the Ohio State Department of Athletics, single-game tickets to home football games will go on sale this week.

And just like that, we finally have an answer on single-game football tickets going on sale. On Monday, the Ohio State Department of Athletics released information about this year’s single tickets going on sale to the public.

Single-game presale events will occur first on Tuesday and Wednesday for select priority groups, with the window opening up for the general public around Noon on Wednesday. The timelines and groups eligible to purchase single-game home tickets look like the following:

  • Varsity O – Tuesday, Aug. 24 at 9 a.m.
  • OSU Alumni Association Sustaining & Life Members – Tuesday, Aug. 24 at 12 noon
  • All OSU Alumni and OSU Faculty / Staff Members – Wednesday, Aug. 25 at 9 a.m.
  • General Public – Wednesday, Aug. 25 at 12 noon

Ohio State football mini plan tickets to go on sale

We’ve got all the information to pass along to the Ohio State football fan on mini plan tickets going on sale next week.

We bring you some welcome news after what we all dealt with last year with all the shutdowns and lack of fans during the early part of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Ohio State Department of Athletics has announced that mini plan tickets will go on sale for football games on Aug. 10 and 13. The three and four-game packages are designed to make OSU games more accessible to fans. The plans are somewhat similar to what was offered in 2019 and include the following taken directly from the school’s athletics website:

Buckeye Flex Pass

  • Seats vary by game and will be delivered via text the day before the game
  • Four-game packages priced at $225 (plus fees)
  • Limited to four (4) packages per customer
  • Ability to group passes with other pass purchasers via “Sit with a Friend” functionality
  • Features games against Tulsa, Akron, Purdue and Maryland
  • On sale August 10 at 10 a.m. EDT

 Blitz Plan

  • A unique seat location for each game but customers will know seat locations prior to purchasing the plan
  • Three-game package priced at $275 (plus fees)
  • Features games against Akron, Purdue and Michigan State
  • On sale August 13 at 10 a.m. EDT

Rush Plan

  • A unique seat location for each game but customers will know seat locations prior to purchasing the plan
  • Three-game package priced at $325 (plus fees)
  • Features games against Tulsa, Maryland and Penn State
  • On sale August 13 at 10 a.m. EDT

In addition to the min plans, single-ticket sales will also go on sale with the following groups already being announced. There will be further announcements forthcoming on other single-game ticket availability.

Varsity O – Single game presale Aug. 24 at 9 a.m. Presale information will be sent to eligible members via email.

OSU Alumni Association – Single game presale for sustaining and life members of the Ohio State Alumni Association Aug. 24 at 12 noon, and all alumni presale on Aug. 25 at 9 a.m. Presale information will be communicated via the Alumni Association.

Public – Single games on sale Aug. 25 at 12 noon.

RV Parking – Single game RV parking passes on sale Aug. 27 at 10 a.m.
