Ohio State football 2020 schedule

The new Ohio State football schedule is out for 2020. Here is the post-fall-reinstatement version that will kick off in October.

The much anticipated Ohio State football schedule for 2020 is out. After about five weeks of not thinking there would be football because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Big Ten reversed course and reinstated the season.

It’s not a complete slate you’d normally see, and it’s even two games less than what the original conference-only schedule was when it was released in early August, but it’s a schedule nonetheless.

Start your planning, get everything in line, and watch as Ohio State makes a run to another Big Ten title and shot at the College Football Playoff.

Ohio State football 2020 schedule

With the college football rounding the corner, here’s the Ohio State football 2020 schedule.

It may not seem like it, especially with the COVID-19 pandemic still ongoing, and with all the plans still materializing on how the country and sports can reopen safely, but college football is less than 100 days away.

Ohio State figures to have one whale of a team again with a shot at another Big Ten championship and spot in the College Football Playoff, but it has to take care of business through its 2020 regular season.

We’ve got the entire schedule for you with dates and times still to be determined. We’ll update those as they become available, but with all signs pointing to having a season, and one that looks like it might actually start on time, it’s time to get ready.

Ranking Ohio State Football’s 2020 schedule by game difficulty

We’re hoping there’s a 2020 college football season that Ohio State is involved in. If so, here’s a ranking of the games by difficulty.

We’re still waiting to see whether or not we have college football this fall with the COVID-19 health crisis we’re all dealing with, but we’re forging ahead here at Buckeyes Wire. We’re taking a look at things for this upcoming season, and next up is the schedule.

If you are like us, when you look up and down the next season’s schedule at the beginning of the year, you start to gauge which contests could be a walk in the park, and which ones could be harder than you grandparents walking to school in a snowstorm uphill — both ways.

In that same vein, we’re ranking the games on Ohio State’s 2020 schedule. While nothing is a given, but there are clearly games that should be much easier than others.

Off we go.
