4-star WR Nick Marsh reportedly still ‘locked’ into MSU commitment

One of Michigan State’s top commits in the 2024 class is reportedly still “locked” in with the Spartans

One of Michigan State’s top commits in the 2024 class is reportedly still “locked” in with the Spartans.

Ryan O’Bleness of Rivals caught up with four-star wide receiver Nick Marsh and his commitment to Michigan State was a talking point. According to O’Bleness, Marsh said he’s still locked into his commitment to Michigan State and that he is ready to “fight through adversity and keep pushing through.” Marsh, of course, is referencing to the recent head coaching change at Michigan State with Mel Tucker being fired last month.

Marsh ranks as the No. 20 wide receiver and No. 127 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2024 class. He’s also listed as the No. 3 player from Michigan.

Marsh has picked up an offer from Colorado since the recent Tucker shakeup. Marsh has also recently visited Colorado as well.

Coach Prime, Deion Sanders, has taken the college football world by storm after taking over Colorado and bringing a lot of excitement to the program. Now, it looks like he has his eyes set on poaching Michigan State 4-star wide receiver commit Nick Marsh.

Deion Sanders, Colorado is coming after one of MSU football’s top commits

One of college football’s biggest figures is looking to snag one of the Spartans’ top commits in the 2024 class

One of college football’s biggest figures is looking to snag one of the Spartans’ top commits in the 2024 class.

Four-star wide receiver Nick Marsh announced on Monday night that he’s received a scholarship from Deion Sanders and Colorado. Marsh is ranked as the No. 19 wide receiver and No. 126 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings. He is the highest ranked prospect committed to Michigan State in the 2024 class.

Marsh has been committed to Michigan State since July and hasn’t picked up any new offers since then. However, with the news coming out on Monday that Michigan State intends to fire Mel Tucker following sexual harassment allegations, that has opened the door for other programs to come in and pick apart the Spartans’ 2024 recruiting class.

Marsh is still currently committed to Michigan State and was even seen visiting the Spartans for last week’s home game against Washington. But this will be a recruitment fans will need to keep an eye on as I’m sure Marsh will continue to pick up more interest from bigger programs in the coming weeks.
