Watch: Former Georgia RB Nick Chubb’s punishing stiff arm

This stiff arm was NASTY…

Former Georgia running back Nick Chubb has quickly established himself as one top rushers in the NFL in only his 4th pro season.

One dominant aspect of UGA’s 2nd all-time leading rusher is a powerful stiff arm that was on display in the Cleveland Browns matchup with the Pittsburg Steelers on Monday night.

The Cedartown, Ga. native rushed for 58 yards on 12 carries against the Steelers.

Chubb has racked up 1,201 yards (3rd int the NFL) on the ground through 13 games, nine total touchdowns and is 4th among running backs averaging 5.5 yards per attempt. And that’s while missing three games due to injury or COVID protocol.

You can catch Chubb and the Browns versus Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET.

Watch: Former UGA star RB Nick Chubb’s huge game for Browns

UGA’s second all-time leading rusher went OFF this week for the Browns…

Former Georgia Bulldogs, fans and running back coach Dell McGee will tell you that UGA is really ‘RBU’ or ‘running backs university’, and that was backed up this week by former Dawg Nick Chubb.

The Cleveland Browns back racked up 137 yards on 14 carries with two touchdowns in a 41-16 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

It’s runs like this 70-yard break away that have helped set Chubb apart from other NFL backs.

And here’s Chubb’s other score:

I think I could watch Chubb drag defenders all day.

UGA’s second all-time leading rusher missed two games due to injury this season, but has still amassed 721 yards (3rd) and six touchdowns (6th) with 6.0 yards per carry (2nd).

You can catch Chubb and the Browns take on the New England Patriots this Sunday at 1:00 p.m. on CBS.

UGA great Nick Chubb is dominating NFL defenses

Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb is one of the greatest runners in Georgia history and now he is dominating the NFL.

Georgia’s second all-time leading rusher, now Cleveland Brown Nick Chubb is one of the most beloved running backs in UGA history, which is saying something.

‘RBU’ has produced some of the greatest runners in football history, including guys who went on to dominate beyond the college level.

Herschel Walker, Garrison Hearst, Terrell Davis, Knowshon Moreno and Todd Gurley are just some of the Bulldogs who made a name in the NFL beyond their time in Athens.

It’s time to add Chubb to the list.

The Cedartown, Georgia native has averaged 128 yards per game since returning from an MCL sprain four weeks ago, including an astonishing 6.7 yards per carry.

In the Browns win vs. the Jacksonville Jaguars this Sunday, Chubb ran 19 times for 144 yards and this touchdown.

On the year, Chubb has totaled 115 carries for 719 yards and six touchdowns.

Chubb has built himself into one of the best runners in the NFL, so it’s safe to say the Browns didn’t miss with the second round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Just think back to 2016 at UGA when Chubb suffered a devastating knee injury vs. Tennessee. He has truly come back better than ever and I am loving every bit of it.
