Kansas City Chiefs’ documentaries “America’s Game” and “Time’s Yours” are both coming to NFL Network on Wednesday evening.

The Kansas City Chiefs will be featured in two specials airing on NFL Network on Wednesday, Sept. 9.

NFL Network is set to air the latest iteration of their “America’s Game” documentary series which chronicles the reigning Super Bowl champions each year. It’ll be the 14th iteration of the annual version of the series, which has been released every September since 2007. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, NFL Films wanted to ensure that Chiefs fans got to witness their team featured in this longstanding series.

“America’s Game: The 2019 Chiefs” is coming On Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 7:00 p.m. CT. It’s set to be narrated by Chiefs superfan Paul Rudd and it’ll include exclusive commentary from Patrick Mahomes, Tyrann Mathieu and Travis Kelce. Check out the trailer down below:

In addition to “America’s Game” the Chiefs will have a separate documentary series covering HC Andy Reid, OC Eric Bieniemy and DC Steve Spagnuolo. Hayden Hurst feels he is a ‘perfect fit’ for Falcons offense

Tight end Hayden Hurst has yet to live up to his first-round pick status, but intends to do so as a member of the Falcons in 2020.

Tight end Hayden Hurst has yet to live up to his first-round pick status, but intends to do so as a member of the Falcons in 2020. Baltimore traded Hurst to Atlanta during the offseason as a replacement for Austin Hooper.

Entering his third year in the league, many feel the 27-year-old is primed for a breakout season playing in Dirk Koetter’s offense. Despite putting up underwhelming receiving totals — 30 catches, 349 yards and two touchdowns — in 2019, Hurst was projected by The Huddle to finish with 700 yards and five touchdowns as the Falcons’ No. 1 TE option.

Playing in a more pass-happy offense with a coordinator that loves to utilize the tight end position, Hurst is ready to prove he was in fact worthy of being drafted in the first round back in 2018. He joined NFL Network to talk about his expectations for the season and why he believes he’s a “perfect fit” in Atlanta.

Kareem Jackson not pleased with national media’s coverage of Broncos secondary

Broncos safety Kareem Jackson thinks the national media needs to do a better job covering Denver’s secondary.

Last month, Pro Football Reference released its rankings for NFL secondaries going into the 2020 season. The Denver Broncos were ranked No. 18, which is pretty low even after losing Chris Harris.

PFF said of Kareem Jackson specifically that he “spent much of his time in the slot in 2019, but he will likely play at safety in 2020.” That’s not quite accurate — Jackson spent some time in the slot last season and most of his time at safety.

Jackson wasn’t pleased with the commentary.

“These the articles that make you wonder if these people are blind 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣,” Jackson wrote on his Twitter page. “Call themselves experts child please 🤣🤣🤣🤣.”

Jackson was also clearly not happy when safety Justin Simmons was snubbed from the NFL Top 100 list.

To be fair, NFL Network makes a list of the Top 100 players based on voting results from players. But not every player votes and players who do vote don’t list 100 names, so the process is flawed.

Jackson and his teammates will have some extra motivation this fall.

Report: Deion Sanders leaving the NFL Network

Deion Sanders, one of the faces of the NFL Network broadcast team, is moving on.

Another big name on the move when it comes to broadcasters. Deion Sanders is leaving the NFL Network, Sports Business Journal reported Tuesday.

The former great NFL defensive back was is an NFL Network analyst and could be seen on a variety of shows throughout the season, per his bio.

On Sundays during the NFL season, Sanders joins host Chris Rose on NFL Network’s NFL GameDay Prime, providing interviews with all of the top playmakers from the day’s games.

An eight-time Pro Bowler, Sanders played 14 NFL seasons for the Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins and Baltimore Ravens. He has 53 career interceptions – 22nd all-time – and his 25.1-yards per interception return average ranks second in NFL history (minimum 30 interceptions).

The Hall of Famer won two Super Bowls in 1994 with San Francisco 49ers win Super Bowl XXIX and again with the Dallas Cowboys in Super Bowl XXX two years later. With Defensive Player-of-the-Year honors in 1994, Sanders became the first player in NFL history with two 90+ yard INT-returns for touchdowns in a season.

In 2011, Sanders was a part of the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s induction class. He is the only person in professional sports history to play in the World Series and the Super Bowl.

Watch: NFL analyst predicts Falcons to be surprise playoff team

After two disappointing seasons in a row, the Atlanta Falcons are flying somewhat under the radar as 2020 training camp begins.

After two disappointing seasons in a row, the Atlanta Falcons are flying somewhat under the radar as 2020 training camp begins.

The rest of the NFC South looks very different than it did a year ago, causing some national analysts to overlook the Falcons’ familiar pieces. One NFL Network analyst, former Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew, believes Atlanta is one of the most talented teams in the entire league.

During a training camp segment, Jones-Drew picked the Falcons as his surprise team in the NFC that will make the playoffs. Watch the clip below, as shared by NFL Network’s Twitter account.
