Star Boston Celtics forward Jaylen Brown has long been unafraid to take a leadership position among his peers in the NBA, and has continued that trend with his activities in service to his role as a Vice President of the National Basketball Players’ Association, better known as the league’s Players Union.
And such was the case during an annual retreat hosted by the NBPA — this time in the region of Andalusia in Spain — where Brown joined friend Donovan Mitchell to record a podcast with former Celtics player and assistant coach Evan Turner along with the future acting head of the NBPA, Andre Iguodala. The focus of their conversation was on who will take the torch of leadership for future generations of Association players, and meandered into several other areas as well.
