Fans will look to watch a revamped roster that added A.J. Brown and Zach Pascal on offense, along with defensive additions like Haason Reddick, Kyzir White, Jordan Davis, Nakobe Dean, and James Bradberry, among others.
With kickoff just hours away, here’s how you can watch, stream, or listen to the action tonight.
A Pro Bowl cornerback in 2020, Bradberry was a salary cap casualty a week ago and sorted threw almost a dozen offers before deciding on the Eagles. The newest member of the secondary was greeted by John Clark of NBC Sports Philadelphia about his decision, and he highlighted Darius Slay and the Eagles’ defensive line as the biggest motivating factors.
“I saw the guys on the d-line and as a DB, sometimes your best friend is the d-line,” he said. “So I’m looking forward to it.”
“I think the overall scheme, it fit my abilities the best,” he said.
Bradberry and Slay are the only players in the NFL with 15 or more INTs and 80 or more passes defended since 2016 and the duo should now thrive in a scheme that deploys a zone-based approach, with plenty of blitzing and pressure off of the edge, allowing them to make plays on the ball.
Slay flourished in 2021 with that approach and we’ll likely see even more pick-six opportunities with Bradberry opposite of him.
