At this point in time, it’s unclear who will be the starting quarterback for Michigan on Saturday.

Michigan State drops to 2-5 with the loss and has yet to win a game since Mel Tucker was suspended and then fired. Michigan State has lost five straight games and there really is not much to be excited about with the Spartans’ football program after yet another terrible Saturday of football.

Michigan and Michigan State will once again be taking their in-state rivalry to the prime time slot

Michigan and Michigan State will once again be taking their in-state rivalry to the prime time slot.

For a second straight year, the Spartans and Wolverines will reportedly battle it out in a night game. Brett McMurphy of the Action Network is reporting that the Michigan-Michigan State game will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. ET and be televised nationally on NBC.

This year’s battle between Michigan and Michigan State will be played at Spartan Stadium in East Lansing, Mich. There have been two previous night games in the rivalry, but this will mark the first rivalry night game in East Lansing.

It was announced on Monday that both ESPN and Fox will bring their college football pregame shows to Michigan State for their huge rivalry matchup with the Wolverines. ESPN’s College GameDay will be located at Ralph Young Field and Fox’s Big Noon Kickoff pregame show will be outside the STEM Teaching and Learning Facility building.

College GameDay will start at 9 a.m. EDT and Big Noon Kickoff will start at 10 a.m. EDT.
