Aaron Rogers to Darrell Stewart?

Former Michigan State receiver Darrell Stewart Jr. has signed as an undrafted free agent with the Green Bay Packers.

Stewart was projected as a late-round pick during the 2020 NFL Draft, but was not among the 255 players selected. Stewart finished his MSU career with 150 catches for 1,640 yards and seven touchdowns. He had career-high totals in catches, yards and touchdowns during his senior season with 49, 697, and four respectively.

Typically Stewart would now join the Packers include rookie camp where undrafted rookies attempt to earn an invite to the team’s main training camp, but with the COVID-19 pandemic ongoing, offseason programs are up in the air. Stewart should have a decent shot at making at least the practice squad for the Packers, who are in need of depth at wide receiver.

Only two Spartans were drafted this year with Josiah Scott getting selected in the 4th round by Jacksonville and Kenny Willekes going in the 7th round to Minnesota.
