Lane Johnson is one of the toughest right tackles in the NFL and on Sunday, he displayed more courage when he sat down with Jay Glazer of Fox Sports for a one on one about his battles with depression and anxiety.

A boisterous presence on social media, the Eagles’ right tackle admitted that he paid too much attention to social media and the fan reactions following every game, win or lose.

Johnson joins a growing list of prominent athletes who have opened up about having a mental health illness over the past year.
