2025 5-star safety out of Cleveland (OH) has received a prediction to land with Texas A&M

2025 5-star safety Trey McNutt has received a new recruiting prediction

One of Texas A&M’s top 2025 recruiting targets has delayed his commitment. 5-star safety Trey McNutt will make his collegiate decision on Saturday, August 3rd. The elite defender will likely choose between the Aggies and the Oregon Ducks.

While Florida, Ohio State, and USC are also in the mix, it has been rumored that the reason for delaying his commitment could be Mike Elko and his staff’s last-minute push to combat Oregon’s NIL advantage. The Ducks have beaten out the Texas Longhorns for several 2025 prospects, including 5-star wide receiver Dakorien Moore.

According to Rivals recruiting insider Landyn Rosow, McNutt could be headed to College Station after all, as Rosow has submitted a prediction to land with the Aggies just weeks before his announcement.

On the field, McNutt is one of the top defensive playmakers in the country, recording 61 tackles, two for loss, 12 pass breakups, and a forced fumble on the year while excelling as a wide receiver on offense during his 2023 junior season.

According to Rivals, McNutt is currently ranked 20th in the 2025 cycle, the 2nd-ranked safety prospect, and the third-ranked prospect in Ohio.

2025 5-Star ATH out of Galveston (TX) slated to visit Texas A&M in the spring

Rivals insider Landyn Rosow has reported that 2025 5-star athlete/safety Jonah Williams will visit Texas A&M sometime this spring.

Texas A&M’s 2025 recruiting class is shaping up to be a slam dunk for new head football coach Mike Elko, already acquiring several commitments, including 4-star linebacker Kelvion Riggins and 4-star cornerback Deyjhon Pettaway last weekend.

Elko and his staff will host another batch of 2025 prospects for the third consecutive weekend. However, one of their highly touted targets, 5-star safety Jonah Williams, will reportedly forgo his previously planned visit to College Station this weekend, according to Rivals insider Landyn Rosow.

As one of the premier blue-chip prospects in the cycle, Williams has been in contact with the program ever since Elko took over in late November, already receiving 30-plus offers due to his elite versatility on offense and defense.

During his 2023 junior season at Ball High School, Williams was an absolute nightmare for every opponent he faced, recording 58 tackles (31 solo tackles), four interceptions (three returned for touchdowns) and four tackles for loss. Williams grabbed 20 receptions for 474 yards and 8 touchdowns as a receiver.

According to 247Sports Composite, Williams is currently positioned as the 14th-ranked player in the 2025 cycle, the 2nd-ranked linebacker prospect, and the 3rd-ranked player in Texas.

Report: 2024 4-star and Aggie commit DL Dealyn Evans plans to sign soon

It has been reported that 2024 4-star and Aggie commit Dealyn Evans is close to announcing his signing date.

Texas A&M 2024 defensive line commit Dealyn Evans, one of the first players to commit to the Aggies in the 2024 cycle, is currently on the fence regarding his collegiate future, as several blue blood programs, including the ascending Texas Longhorns, are making late pushes to upend the Maroon & White. Evans chose to delay his signing during Wednesday’s early signing period.

However, the news cycle surrounding Evan’s relationship with the Longhorns has been widely fabricated, specifically 247Sports recruiting director Steve Wiltfong’s recent article’s use of a supposed quote from Evans describing his “love” for Texas, stemming back to his childhood:

“It’s my dream school. Been liking them ever since I was real young. Four-years old.

I like Bo (Davis), I like Sark, but BG (Blake Gideon) he always kept it real with from the jump.”

From the jump, many questioned why Evans would have committed to the Aggies if Texas had been his first choice all along, and according to a direct source, Rivals’ recruiting insider Landyn Rosow spoke to Evans directly, who went on to deny the validity of the quote.

Overall, Texas A&M reportedly holds a 50/50 shot at signing Dealyn Evans when all is said and done, as new head coach Mike Elko and his staff are still hard at work providing a vision for his potential future in College Station. Currently, Evans is slated to sign with a program in mere days.

Even more critical, Elko recently stated during his NSD press conference that an announcement regarding who will become the Aggies’ new defensive coordinator will likely impact Evans’ decision more than anything else.

Report: 2025 4-Star WR and Oregon commit Adrian Wilson plans to visit Texas A&M

In an interview with Rivals’ Landyn Rosow, 2025 4-star WR Adrien Wilson states that he plans to visit Texas A&M soon.

Texas A&M’s 2025 recruiting class is still in its early stages, with just one commit so far, and while head coach Jimbo Fisher and his staff are focused on the 2023 season and the still-forming 2024 recruiting cycle, it’s time to start focusing on the future.

On Friday night, as nearly every high school program in the country continued their respective seasons, Rivals recruiting insider Landyn Rosow spoke to 2025 four-star wide receiver Adrian Wilson, currently a star for Weiss High School in Pflugerville (TX). After last night’s game vs. Temple HS, Wilson, who has been committed to Oregon since July 29 after flipping from TCU, told Rosow that he plans to visit College Station soon.

According to Rivals, Wilson is currently positioned as the 56th-ranked player in the 2024 cycle, the 9th-ranked player in Texas, and the 11th-ranked wide receiver in the country. Standing at 6-2 and nearly 180 pounds, Wilson’s athletic profile is built on versatility and finesse route running paired with the speed and acceleration needed to excel at the next level.

While the Oregon Ducks continue to impress on the field this season, Texas A&M’s attempt to flip the script in 2023 will likely affect WIlson’s decision-making process going into next summer.

2024 5-Star Defensive tackle has received a prediction to land with Texas A&M

Rivals/Aggies insider Landyn Rosow has submitted his prediction that 2024 5-star DL Dominick McKinley will land with Texas A&M

Texas A&M will kick off the 2023 college football season on Saturday, Sept. 2, against New Mexico inside what should be a packed Kyle Field. Still, before we shift into the highest gear, some big-time recruiting news just dropped concerning one of the Aggie’s last remaining 2024 recruiting targets, 2024 five-star defensive tackle Dominick McKinley.

On Wednesday, Rivals/Texas A&M recruiting insider Landyn Rosow submitted his final prediction for McKinley to land with the Aggies over Texas and Oklahoma. Even though both programs have made substantial progress this summer, Jimbo Fisher and his staff, specifically defensive line coach Elijah Robinson, deserve credit for making an early impact during McKinley’s official visit to College Station on June 9.

According to Rivals, McKinley is currently positioned as the 116th-ranked player in the 2024 cycle, the fourth-ranked defensive tackle prospect, and the fourth-ranked player in Louisiana, as he is set to enter his senior season at Acadiana (LA) after recording 86 tackles, 18 tackles for loss, ten sacks, and two interceptions during his impressive 2022 junior campaign.

McKinley will announce his commitment at Acadiana High School on Friday, Sept. 1, at 3:30 p.m. CT. and will choose between Texas, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, LSU, and Ohio State.

Is 2025 5-Star Safety Jonah Williams trending toward Texas A&M?

According to Rivals/Aggie insider Landyn Rosow, 2025 5-star safety Jonah Williams is currently trending toward committing to Texas A&M

While Texas A&M’s 2024 recruiting class is far from complete, we all know how swiftly things develop regarding future visits, with next summer’s focus on the talented 2025 cycle.

While Jimbo Fisher and the 2023 Aggie football team enter their pivotal 2023 campaign, recruiting news never stops, and in a surprise prediction from Rivals/Aggies recruiting insider Landyn Rosow, 2025 five-star safety Jonah Williams is reportedly a slight favorite to land with the Maroon and White.

According to Rivals, Williams is currently positioned as the 4th-ranked player in Texas and the 3rd-ranked safety in the 2025 class, as he is set to enter his junior season at Ball High School in Galveston, Texas. Standing at 6-3 and 203 pounds, Williams possesses elite athletic traits, specifically his impressive closing speed as a hybrid safety/linebacker while spending time at receiver on offense.

During his 2022 sophomore season, Williams recorded 59 tackles, three tackles for loss, and four interceptions, including three returned for touchdowns. After receiving his official offer from Fisher in February, Williams took two unofficial visits to College Station in early April while attending the annual recruiting pool party on the final weekend of July.

I can’t stress enough the importance of how results on the field dictate recruiting trends, especially this season for the Aggies in their attempt to rebound from the miserable 5-7 slugfest in 2022.

Even though Texas A&M’s 2023 class finished in the Top 10, the current 2024 cycle is heavily based on the expectation that the program is on the rise,  and every 2025 prospect will be watching while they mull their future plans.

2024 4-Star Quarterback Air Noland receives Crystal ball to land with Texas A&M

In one early, yet trustworthy predicion, 4-Star Quarterback Air Noland is predicted to land with Texas A&M

Ever since the emergence of quarterback Conner Weigman during the latter half of the 2022 season, Head coach Jimbo Fisher has finally found an answer at the position from his recruiting class, but we’ll never forget to give credit to Kellen Mond’s productive four-year career with the Aggies, though he was a member of former Head coach Kevin Sumlin’s 2017 recruiting class.

To further build towards the future at the signal caller spot, Fisher has done a solid job so far, securing commitments from 2023 4-Star Quarterback Marcel Reed, and 2024 3-Star Quarterback Anthony Maddox, both possessing unlimited potential.

However, one special QB prospect in the 2024 class remains in flux, as Fairburn, Georgia native Air Noland recently “unofficially” visited Texas A&M on Jan. 21st, the talented duel-threat just received an official “Crystal ball” from Texas A&M insider, and Aggieyell.com writer Landyn Rosow, predicting that Noland will land with the Aggies in due time.

At this time, it may come down to a recruiting battle with the Auburn Tigers, but with spring football and the summer recruiting rush coming sooner than later, Air Noland’s recruiting journey is far from complete, but hopefully ends in the Aggie’s favor.
