The Big 12 baseball championships are set. After an up-and-down regular season, the Oklahoma Sooners head into the tournament as the No. 7 seed and will face the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
Oklahoma was 30-24 in 2023 and went 11-13 in Big 12 play. The Sooners are one of several bubble teams fighting for a chance to play in the NCAA tournament. Their series sweep of Texas is the biggest note on the resume. A win or two in the Big 12 championships would be huge for their aspirations.
The Big 12 championships begin play on Wednesday morning at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, at 9 a.m. CT with TCU and Kansas State facing off.
