An undrafted free agent out of the University of Ohio, Caesar was a key cog on Ohio’s defensive line in 2022, recording 13 starts in all 14 games.
A developmental prospect, Caesar could land on the practice squad.

After April’s NFL draft, Baltimore added 18 undrafted free agents to the roster.
