Game balls following LSU’s win over Auburn

LSU defeated Auburn 104-80 behind 27 points from Cam Thomas. Josh LeBlanc added 12 off the bench.

The LSU basketball team took down Auburn 104-80 on Saturday.

With the win, LSU improves to 14-6 overall and 9-4. Currently, the Tigers are tied with Arkansas for second place in the SEC.

LSU earned a big conference win behind a 53.4% shooting from the floor and 50% at the three point line. The Tigers also went 15-of-22 at the free throw line in the 24 point blowout win.

LSU’s largest lead in the game was 28 points. Once the team got rolling, tthe Tigers never looked back.

Here are the top performers from Saturday’s win.

Cam Thomas

The reigning SEC Freshman of the Week, Thomas scored 27 against Auburn.

He finished 7-of-16 from the floor and 10-of-11 at the free throw line.

The star freshman guard continues to lead LSU in the right direction down the stretch.
