Sims posted a bunch of photos and videos in her Instagram Story in the days after the wedding last weekend — which in included a performance by the legendary Ludacris at the reception! — showing how fun it looked, but thanks to a regular IG post on both her and Koepka’s accounts, we can see what they looked like and how happy they were.
It was simply captioned, “Best. Day. Of. My. Life” and they look great. There’s also another photo from the night before:
Let’s just say that the Koepkas know how to throw a party.
“Turks & Koepkas” was the name of the week long wedding celebration held in Turks and Caicos for Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims this past week. Jena did a great job of reposting and documenting all the festivities and it looked like everyone who attended had a blast.
From custom Nikes, slippers and hats to extravagant dresses, a performance by Ludacris and stellar photos, the Koepka’s know how to throw a party. The newly weds looked stunning and partied all night long while entertaining their guests with great food, music and drinks.
Golfweek has rounded up photos from Instagram to help showcase the epic festivities that went down on the island.
Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims went big for their wedding day.
Yesterday was a special day for PGA Tour star Brooks Koepka as he and his longtime girlfriend, Jena Sims, got married at a ceremony and reception in Turks and Caicos.
The four-time major champion and his new bride threw quite a party in the Caribbean. How big did they go? They had Ludacris perform some of his songs, which had the couple and their friends feeling no pain.
Koepka, who will be playing in the U.S. Open in two weeks, and Sims seemed to have a lot of fun dancing the night away. Check out these videos from their wedding night.
Check out the best Halloween costumes from your favorite PGA Tour and LPGA players.
Trick or treat? Hope your neighbors passed on the candy corn (no thank you) and went with the good stuff. And by good stuff, we mean Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, an old-school Kit Kat, and perhaps Starbursts, the red ones, please, right?
Some of our favorite pro golfers let their hair down and got in the Halloween spirit for the October 31 celebration. Here’s a round up of our favorite costumes posted to social media either by golfers, or people who dressed as golfers. We’ll keep adding to the gallery as the day goes along so check back frequently.
On Ryder Cup week, get to know these PGA Tour players’ wives, girlfriends and families.
The stage is officially set as all the players and support staff are in Wisconsin with the 43rd Ryder Cup just a few days away.
Scottie Scheffler, eager to make his first appearance for the U.S. team in this week’s tournament at Whistling Straits, explained during Tuesday’s press conference how important spouses and partners can be.
“The wives and girlfriends are really involved, which I think is fun,” Scheffler said. “I think with everybody’s wives being there it’s very comfortable for everybody just to be in the team room hanging out, wives, girlfriends all getting to know each other as well as — I would say that’s probably better — the wives and girlfriends get to know each other because they don’t see each other on a daily basis, because we do.
“I’ve seen these 11 guys at the same events for the past two years, so I know all of them pretty well, but our wives don’t necessarily know each other.”
With the first tee shot fast approaching, here’s a look at the wives and families of the 2021 U.S. Ryder Cup team. (A significant other for Bryson DeChambeau was not included.)
Also, if you missed the European team’s wives and families, they’re listed here.
You always have to be skeptical about major-LIFE-NEWS-type announcements that take place on April Fools’ Day, but I think this one looks legit.
In a series of Instagram Stories and posts, PGA golfer and four-time major champion Brooks Koepka announced that he and girlfriend Jena Sims are engaged.
Koepka popped the question with a beachfront proposal nearly a month ago on March 3, but the couple went public with the news on Thursday. Sims and Koepka had been dating since 2017 — the same year that Joe Buck notoriously identified Sims as one of Koepka’s ex-girlfriends following Koepka’s U.S. Open title that year.
Former No. 1 Brooks Koepka and his model/actress/influencer girlfriend Jena Sims are not typically the type to air their dirty laundry.
Former World No. 1 Brooks Koepka and his model/actress/social influencer girlfriend Jena Sims are not typically the type to air their dirty laundry.
To wrap up a bizarre and peculiar year, however, they made an exception.
The Christmas card the two sent to friends and family was spotlighted in a recent Instagram post by photographer Shaye Babb, who said in the post she was “in love with this year’s Christmas card I shot for @jenasims & @bkoepka.”
Injuries to Koepka’s hip and knee didn’t heal properly and prevented him from being anything close to the player who won four majors between the 2017 U.S. Open at Erin Hills and the 2019 PGA Championship at Bethpage Black.
Koepka made a valiant effort at the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational and the PGA Championship to claim a victory, but he finished the season winless in 2020. Asked to sum up out how he would describe his golf year, Koepka took the high road.
“I don’t know if I could say that without getting fined,” he said. “Pretty bad.”
Still, he and Sims haven’t lost their playful edge, as witnessed in this pretty hilarious Instagram Reels post from earlier this month, one that also features Koepka’s caddie and longtime friend Ricky Elliott.
On hand are Jena Sims (Brooks Koepka’s girlfriend), Paulina Gretzky (Dustin Johnson’s wife) and Allison Stokke (Rickie Fowler’s wife).
Jena Sims is a beauty pageant winner, actress, non-profit organization founder and social media influencer with nearly 200,000 followers on Instagram, and she was sitting alone at a picnic table Saturday waiting for her boyfriend to make the turn at the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational.
Memphis has become a constant since she began dating Brooks Koepka. She’s been here four years in a row. The first time, she had to be discreet because they hadn’t announced publicly they were a couple. The second time, they had a memorable visit to meet the kids at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The third time — last year — Koepka won the tournament.
This time her visit comes in the midst of a pandemic that’s completely altered the atmosphere surrounding this event in ways both obvious and subtle.
“I actually get to watch Brooks play golf because usually he’s got such big crowds,” Sims said, “but I miss the ‘Hush Y’all’ signs.”
There is, of course, nobody to hush out here this year. When Phil Mickelson and Justin Thomas and Koepka were charging up the leaderboard during moving day, there were no roars that echoed throughout TPC Southwind.
As third-round leader Brendon Todd (12-under) battled with Rickie Fowler and Byeong Hun An in the final threesome, their emotions were largely subdued.
But this week, when the PGA Tour came to Memphis and most of Memphis wasn’t allowed to be there, is also the first week the Tour’s WAGs (wives and girlfriends) are allowed back on-site since resuming play in June.
So roaming around the grounds the past few days were prominent WAGs like Sims, and Paulina Gretzky (daughter of Wayne, fiancée of Dustin Johnson and owner of 798,000 followers on Instagram), as well as former track and field star Allison Stokke (Rickie Fowler’s wife).
The golfers’ spouses were, in most cases, the only members of the gallery this week. For the last two months, they’d been just like everyone else, forced to watch the PGA Tour on a screen somewhere else.
“This is way more fun than the app,” said Meredith Scudder as she followed her fiancé, Scottie Scheffler, around TPC Southwind.
They still had to deal with restrictions that wouldn’t have been in place without the precautions being taken due to COVID-19. They weren’t given COVID-19 tests upon arrival like the golfers and caddies. They just had their temperatures taken and got asked a few questions about their recent health before entering the property.
It means WAGs still aren’t allowed in the clubhouse as part of The Tour’s bubble policy.
But Sims, for instance, said she took and passed a COVID-19 test last Friday, “out of courtesy for Brooks because I’d been traveling.”
Stokke, meanwhile, spent the first two rounds walking and chatting with Jon Rahm’s wife, Kelley Cahill. On Saturday, Stokke was with Rachel Todd as their husbands dueled for the tournament lead.
Fowler said Stokke hadn’t missed an event pre-pandemic, and so perhaps it’s no coincidence that he’s playing his best golf in a long time with her on the course again.

“It’s definitely been nice to have them back out. Hopefully that’s permanent soon,” Fowler said. “They’re a part of our bubble whether they’re getting tested on a regular basis or not. My wife and I are together every day, so I’d like to have her out here.”
Some, like golfer J.T. Poston’s girlfriend, still get so nervous watching they “try to stay as far away as possible,” Kelly Cox said, standing on the cart path, a good 50 yards from where Poston was putting on the 9th green.
Others, like Kevin Streelman’s wife, found the experience of walking around TPC Southwind with no spectators around to be both “bizarre and peaceful.”
Courtney and Kevin Streelman have been married for 12 years. During most summers, when their two kids are out of school, Courtney can be found on a golf course watching her husband play the game he loves.
So when the PGA Tour informed golfers recently that their spouses were permitted at TPC Southwind this week, the family went to Alabama first to pick up Courtney’s parents and bring them to Memphis, too. They’re on babysitter duty while the Streelmans are back on the course together again.
“For our day-to-day lives, it’s been great,” Courtney Streelman said. “For me to be back out here walking with him, it feels more normal.”
Given how much is different right now, here at the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational, here in Memphis, and all over the country, we all could use a little more normal. Even the best golfers in the world.

Brooks Koepka’s girlfriend Jena Sims gave him a home haircut that went wrong, producing something resembling a bowl cut.
With each day that stuck-at-home orders continue – and hair salons and barbershops remain closed – our mops get a little more unruly. As it turns out, some professional athletes are in the same boat, namely Brooks Koepka.
It’s just that his resulting home-haircut fail was on display for thousands to see.
Koepka’s girlfriend Jena Sims posted a sort of play-by-play of the event on her Instagram story on Thursday, beginning with this line: “We’ve officially gotten to that point in the quarantine where the guy turns to the girls and says, ‘I need a haircut and you’re going to do it for me.’”
Sims lists off her preparation for the cut, which included three YouTube tutorials, talking to Koepka’s barber and inspecting all the clipper accoutrements. The haircut itself was captured in a timelapse, but viewers can get a sense of the amount of time it took, with Koepka checking in often in the mirror.
“It did not go well,” Sims proclaims at the end as both laugh.
A series of pictures follow showing something resembling a bowl cut.
If the golf schedule were going according to plan, Koepka might have had to sport the style in his PGA Championships title defense, which was originally scheduled for May 14-17 but has since been pushed to Aug. 6-9.
Then again, if all were going to plan, Koepka (like the rest of us) probably wouldn’t be resorting to home haircuts.
