Here is Auburn’s 2022 recruiting class ranked by immediate impact.

Auburn had an absolutely incredible early signing day.

The Tigers jumped from near the bottom of the SEC’s recruiting rankings to fifth, and then from the mid-thirties nationally to No. 15. There were questions about whether or not Bryan Harsin and his staff could recruit. Obviously, the recruiting class isn’t finished, but the answer seems to be yes.

Auburn is bringing in several high-profile guys, most of whom should honestly see the field in some capacity in 2022, especially on the defensive side of the ball where Auburn needs to fill some holes.

Here is Auburn’s 2022 recruiting class ranked by immediate impact, from least to most.

Four-star quarterback Holden Geriner signs with Auburn

The QB and landed.

Holden Geriner has had a week for the ages. 

On Friday he won the state championship and nearly threw for 400 yards, on Wednesday he signed with Auburn

Geriner has been committed to Auburn since February and is a four-star prospect in the 247Sports Composite. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound Geriner joins a quarterback room that has Bo Nix, T.J. Finley and Dematrius Davis.

As a senior, he completed 233-of-343 (67.9%) passes for 3,377 yards, 36 touchdowns and only three interceptions, here are his highlights

The future Auburn quarterback looked really strong in Friday night’s action.

Auburn has a bright future at the quarterback position.

The Auburn Tigers have quarterback depth for the first time in several years entering the 2021 season but have answers to the quarterback position for the next several years thanks to Holden Geriner being a part of the 2022 recruiting class.

He played in the first game of his season for Savannah (Ga.) Benedictine Military School. They played Columbus High School from Miami (Fla.).

They lost 42-27 despite his solid performance.

3-star QB Holden Geriner commits to Auburn

3-star quarterback Holden Geriner announce his commitment to Auburn on Monday.

Bryan Harsin and Mike Bobo might have just found their quarterback for the future.

On Monday, 3-star quarterback Holden Geriner from Savannah (Ga.) Benedictine Military School announced his commitment to the Tigers. He is part of the 2022 signing class.

“When you look at the new staff, all of their coaches have great resumes and records in the past,” Geriner said per Auburn Undercover.

Geriner stands 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds and is coming off a junior season in which he threw for 2,770 yards, 25 touchdowns and just three interceptions. He’s currently ranked the No. 23 pro-style quarterback in the 2022 class.

Michigan State Football offers 2022 3-star quarterback Holden Geriner

Michigan State has offered a top pro-style quarterback out of Georgia’s Benedictine Military School.

In 2021, Michigan State Football has a talented 3-star quarterback coming to town in Texas’ Hampton Fay. In 2022, they will look to add another talented quarterback to their locker room. On New Year’s Eve, the Spartans offered Holden Geriner, a 3-star QB out of Benedictine Military School in Savannah, Georgia.

Geriner is the No. 29 ranked pro-style quarterback in the country and the No. 45 ranked player in the state of Georgia by the 247Sports composite rankings. Geriner is also the No. 556 ranked player overall.

He already has offers out from quite a few major programs such as Arkansas, Auburn, Cincinnati, Georgia, LSU, Florida State, Michigan, Tennessee and more.
