Bucs TE Rob Gronkowski is looking for ways to stay fit at home.
Rob Gronkowski, the newest television star thanks to the CBS show “Game On!”, is preparing for the 2020 NFL season after coming out of retirement to join Tom Brady with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Gronk, like other NFL players this offseason, has had to find ways to workout at home due to the coronavirus pandemic. The All-Pro tight end played a little hoops the other day in his driveway, and now, he’s enjoying some time on the trampoline and working out by petting a dog.
Take a look at these screenshots from Gronk’s Instagram story.
Drake the dog also had fun hanging out with Gronk and his girlfriend, Camille Kostek.
Rob Gronkowski will be hitting your TV screens soon with CBS’ new show “Game On!”
Rob Gronkowski wasn’t just sitting around a pool during his one-year retirement from the NFL (although I’m sure there was plenty of that). The new Bucs tight end, who ended his retirement to reunite with Tom Brady in Tampa, was also filming a show called “Game On!,” which will pit him and other celebrities, including tennis legend Venus Williams, against each other.
Gronk’s big game show premiere is tonight, and the future Hall of Famer has been hyping it up on his Instagram lately. Take a look.

Bucs TE Rob Gronkowski took to Instagram recently to share his experience handing out masks to different fire departments in New England. As part of his fire department tour, the former Patriot donned a Pats shirt at the Foxborough Fire Department.
If that rubbed Bucs fans the wrong way, don’t worry. The future Hall of Famer posted a few videos to Instagram just now showing him working out in the driveway playing some hoops. And, if you look closely, you can see him wearing a Bucs shirt.
And, if you thought Gronk’s fun with Mr. Stache was over, think again. The big man took to Instagram yesterday to show off a little birthday cake that was made in honor of Mr. Stache. Gronk posted a video of him enjoying the cake with his buddy, and then getting a face full of cake from his girlfriend, model Camille Kostek.
Take a look at some screenshots from Gronk’s recent Instagram story below.

Reunited and it feels so good!
Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski will be reunited this season on the football field after the Bucs traded for the tight end, bringing him out of his one-year retirement.
Brady and Gronk created magic on the field in New England together, winning three Super Bowls and setting countless records. The pair is hoping to replicate their success in Tampa.
But they are more than just teammates, the two are like brothers, and Brady took to Instagram today to post a hilarious birthday message to Gronk using Sarah McLachlan’s song “Angel” to help him.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski had some fun with fans on Instagram after introducing the world to his new friend.
Newly acquired Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski will be coming out of his one-year retirement to reunite with quarterback Tom Brady, hoping to bring the success from their Patriots days to the Sunshine State.
Gronk is busy getting himself back into football shape after being away from the game, but he’s also been busy making, or rather growing, a new friend.
Check out these screenshots from Gronk’s recent Instagram story, where he had some fun with fans after introducing us all to Mr. Stache.
And, of course, he had to throw in a little promo for his upcoming show Game On.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been blessed with the gift that is Rob Gronkowski, whose laid-back personality and frat boy attitude seems like a perfect fit in sunny Florida. He’s been able to get away with acting like Gronk for so long because his performance on the field has never suffered.
While the 2020 regular season is still months away, Bucs fans don’t have to wait much longer to see Gronk competing. The new Bucs tight end will appear in CBS’ upcoming show called “Game On,” featuring Gronk along with tennis legend Venus Williams.
A Sunday night showdown against the Steelers in 2010 was when Gronk and Brady first found their on-field chemistry.
The news of Rob Gronkowski coming out of retirement to team up with Tom Brady in Tampa Bay sounds like something out of a Marvel movie. An aging superhero is ready for one last job, but the only way to pull it off is with the Incredible Gronk right by his side.
(Too much?)
Regardless, there’s no denying the chemistry Brady and Gronk have together on the field, with the tight end catching twice as many touchdowns from the future Hall of Fame quarterback than the second guy on the list, Randy Moss.
But if you really want to see where the Brady-to-Gronk connection began, you have to go all the way back to Week 10 of the 2010 season, when the Patriots played the Steelers in a Sunday night showdown. Heading into that game, Gronk had caught two touchdowns on the year, and his highest single-game receiving total was 47 yards.
Against Pittsburgh, Brady started going to Gronk more, and the tight end finished the game with five receptions for 72 yards and three touchdowns, becoming the first Patriots rookie in franchise history to score three touchdowns in a game. Gronk would end the year with 10 touchdown receptions before setting the tight end record of 17 in 2011.
Take a look back now at highlights from that 2010 game.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers seem serious about keeping tight end O.J. Howard around after no trades materialized during the NFL draft.
The 2020 NFL draft has come and gone, and despite the numerous trades we saw during the event, it’s the trade that didn’t happen that’s causing some buzz — that of Bucs’ tight end O.J. Howard.
Howard had a rough go of things in his first year playing for Bruce Arians, although he was an effective blocker. But after Tampa Bay completed a trade last week with the New England Patriots to bring Rob Gronkowski out of retirement, it seemed like a safe bet that Howard would be moved prior or during the draft.
But Bucs GM Jason Licht came out after the Gronk trade and said the team was looking forward to having Howard on the roster still. It sounded like a smokescreen at the time, but apparently, Tampa Bay is willing to carry the salaries of three tight ends into 2020.
As it stands, the Bucs are comfortable eating the salary cap hit of nearly $20 million and keeping tight ends Rob Gronkowski, Cam Brate and O.J. Howard. No realistic trade options surfaced, and TB wants to give Tom Brady all the matchup options he would need.
Keeping Howard is a smart move. We all know that Arians will adjust his offense to accommodate tight ends in the passing game now that Brady is on board, which will only benefit Howard’s development. Working with a quarterback like Brady might be the saving grace to help get his career back on track. And that would only be good news for the Bucs.
If there’s a run on offensive tackles early in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Buccaneers may need to trade up to get one themselves.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers enter tonight’s NFL draft in desperate need of an upgrade at the tackle position. With Tom Brady now their quarterback and Rob Gronkowski their tight end, the Bucs will want to make sure they provide Brady all the time he needs to stand back in the pocket next season.
But, it seems there could be a run on offensive tackles early in round one, with Ian Rapoport reporting yesterday that the Miami Dolphins may have interest in moving up from No. 5 to No. 3 to draft a tackle. Most people assumed the Dolphins would use their first pick in round one on a quarterback.
If the #Dolphins trade from No. 5 to No. 3 and take an offensive tackle, there is precedent. Some notable trades for OTs into the Top 10 since 1990 are below… and 3 of the 5 listed were for HOF tackles, per @NFLResearchpic.twitter.com/3dJyQSubLL
Should Miami pull off the stunning move, the Bucs may have no choice but to trade into the top 10 to try and get one of the four top-tackles in this class. But would they be willing to include their 2021 first-round pick to do it? They better be.
This team has a two-year championship window with Brady on board, and if the Bucs are as good as many people expect they’ll be in 2020, next year’s pick will be a low first-rounder. The Bucs will hope one of the top tackles falls to them at 14. But, if push comes to shove, that first-round pick in 2021 is definitely worth giving up if it means getting help for Brady now.
