Chef Gronk surprises a friend for his birthday… sort of

See what Rob Gronkowski cooked up for his friend’s birthday.

Rob Gronkowski may be an All-Pro tight end and future Hall of Famer, but the new Buccaneer is also a man of many skills and talents off the field. Gronk has shown us his athletic range in his new CBS show “Game On!” and now is showing off his skills in the kitchen.

The big man took to Instagram to give fans a look at a replacement birthday cake he made for his friend recently, although it seems things didn’t go exactly as planned.

Fortunately, Gronk made sure to get his buddy a memorable birthday present.

It’s not the first time Gronk has had a little too much birthday cake this offseason, as he and his friend Mr. Stache enjoyed a face-full the other month.

Yesterday, several NFL players came out on social media to voice their concern to the league about returning for training camp without a clear safety plan in place amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Bucs wide receiver Mike Evans showed his support for the cause on Instagram, and new Tampa Bay tight end Rob Gronkowski did his own little PSA to try and get fans to wear a mask to prevent the spread of the disease.

Bucs TE Rob Gronkowski surprised an employee at Stop & Shop with a gift as a big thank you for years of service.

Rob Gronkowski is coming to Tampa Bay after the Buccaneers acquired him from the New England Patriots and lured him out of retirement to reunite with Tom Brady.

But Gronk still has lots of love for New England, evident by his recent trip to local firehouses to hand out masks during the coronavirus pandemic. Now, the future Hall of Famer is gifting a fan and employee at his nearby Stop & Shop grocery store with a little thank you gift in a way that only Gronk can.

Gronk bids farewell to Mr. Stache on Instagram

Bucs TE Rob Gronkowski bid farewell to his hairy companion Mr. Stache today on Instagram.

Rob Gronkowski hit the field recently with Tom Brady and a few of his new Bucs teammates at a local Tampa prep school, preparing himself for his first NFL season since 2018.

While the future Hall of Famer readies his body for the grind of an NFL season, he figured it was time to bid adieu to his dear new friend, Mr. Stache. Gronk and his hairy companion have been enjoying their time together, but the All-Pro tight end felt it was time to start fresh… at least for now.

It was a great ride, and while Mr. Stache won’t be entering the 2020 season with Gronk, he could make a comeback when Movember rolls around.

Gronk is hitting the court with his Jordans

Rob Gronkowski took to Instagram to show off his sweet basketball moves on the court.

The NFL is hoping the 2020 season kicks off without a hitch in light of the coronavirus pandemic, and with team facilities slowly opening back up, it might not be long before football life regains some sense of normalcy for players and coaches alike.

In the meantime, though, the at-home workouts continue, and Rob Gronkowski decided to once again strap on his Air Jordans and hit the basketball court.

Gronk will be bringing his Jordans and sweet jumper to Tampa this season, reuniting with quarterback Tom Brady. In his nine-year run with the New England Patriots, Gronk caught 521 passes for 7,861 yards and 79 touchdowns.

Rob Gronkowski and other celebrities took part in Zoom meeting today to discuss CBS’ “Game On.”

We could all use a little laughter right now, so leave it to Bucs TE Rob Gronkowski to provide it for us.

The three-time Super Bowl champion came out of retirement this offseason to join the Buccaneers and reunite with quarterback Tom Brady after the team pulled off a trade with the Patriots. And as entertaining as Gronk is on the field, he’s just as entertaining off of it (See Mr. Stache for an example).

Gronk will be coming to our screens sooner than we think as he and other celebrities, including Venus Williams, prepare for the CBS show “Game On!”

Today, Gronkowski and others took part in a Zoom meeting to talk about the show.

Gronk is busy getting himself back into football shape after being away from the game, but he’s also been busy making, or rather growing, a new friend.
