It’s a sweaty Gronk in the Florida heat

Bucs TE Rob Gronkowski showed fans on Instagram that the Florida heat is no problem for him.

Buccaneers training camp is underway, but there are a few new faces on the roster this year, with Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski being two of the biggest.

The dynamic duo who helped guide the Patriots to three Super Bowl wins last decade are bringing their winning ways to Tampa. And while the six-time Super Bowl champion Brady may still be getting used to that insane Florida heat, it seems Gronk is embracing it, long sleeves and all.

Take a look at the tight end’s recent Instagram story.

This mural outside Raymond James Stadium perfectly captures Gronk

A new banner outside Raymond James Stadium featuring tight end Rob Gronkowski seems to perfectly capture his personality.

While Tom Brady will no doubt be the center of attention once the 2020 season rolls around for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, fans are just as eager to see what his former Patriots teammate Rob Gronkowski can do.

The All-Pro tight end came out of his one-year hiatus to reunite with Brady in Tampa, hoping to bring the “Patriot Way,” or at least the winning part of it, to the bay.

Gronk has a lot to live up to in 2020, namely that 95 rating in Madden NFL 21, but based on this latest mural outside Raymond James Stadium, it seems the party boy is ready for the challenge.

Take a look at this new banner, which seems to perfectly capture Gronk’s personality.

It’s part goofy face. Part game face. All Gronk.

Oh, yeah, and Devin White looks good, too.

Rob Gronkowski’s latest Madden rating may surprise you

Bucs tight end Rob Gronkowski is making his triumphant return to the field in 2020. See what rating the people over at Madden gave him.

Bucs wide receiver Mike Evans may have a gripe with the ratings people over at Madden NFL 21, given that they have Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams rated higher than him.

But one Buccaneer player who is probably more than happy with his latest rating is Rob Gronkowski, the former New England Patriot who ended his one-year retirement this offseason to reunite with Tom Brady in Tampa after the Bucs swung a trade with the Pats for the All-Pro tight end.

During his playing days, Gronk was easily the best at his position, and he still holds the single-season record for touchdown catches by a tight end with 17. And despite being away from football for a whole year, the Madden people still think Gronk can dominate with Brady by his side.

For the record, Gronk’s rating is higher than Evans, who stands at 92 overall.

While Gronk has certainly played up to that 95 rating in the past, this will be an entirely new offensive system for him. Plus, this offseason has been a difficult one for players joining new teams given the restrictions imposed by the coronavirus pandemic. I’d have been all right with Gronk being fourth on this list and Ertz third, at least to start.

The pressure is on for Gronkowski to live up to that 95.

Gronkisms: 5 of Gronkowski’s most memorable tweets

Take a look at five of the most memorable tweets from Rob Gronkowski.

Rob Gronkowski is a football star on the field and social media star off of it. The three-time Super Bowl champion came out of retirement this offseason to reunite with Tom Brady on the Buccaneers, and even though he hasn’t set foot on the field yet, he’s still giving fans plenty of reason to follow him.

Gronk and his girlfriend Camille Kostek helped hand out masks to fire departments in New England this week, proof that the former Patriots isn’t completely cutting ties with the region.

As Gronk prepares for the next chapter in his football career, let’s take a look back at five of his most memorable tweets during his time with the Patriots.

Andrew Adams gives a special shoutout on Instagram

Bucs safety Andrew Adams took to Instagram to give a shoutout to a family member working to help out during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The news that retired tight end Rob Gronkowski was returning to the NFL and coming to Tampa Bay to reunite with Tom Brady had sports fans buzzing all day yesterday. And in a time when things are so hectic and chaotic for many of us, it was a nice little break.

But our thoughts are still with all the people out there working hard to help those in need during the coronavirus pandemic. Bucs safety Andrew Adams took to Instagram yesterday to give a special shoutout to his aunt, who is working hard as a pharmacist in Georgia.

Take a look.

Thank you to all the brave men and women working the front lines during this difficult time.

Want to see Gronk and Brady in Bucs uniforms?

Now teammates in Tampa Bay, take a look at what Gronk and Brady look like together in Bucs jerseys.

The 2020 offseason will likely be regarded as the biggest in Buccaneers franchise history, as the team not only landed six-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady in free agency, but also worked out a trade with the New England Patriots to bring Brady’s running mate Rob Gronkowski to the bay.

Gronk, who sat out all of 2019, was looking to come out of retirement and return to football, but only wanted to do so with Brady in Tampa Bay. Remember, back in 2018 the Patriots had a deal in place to send Gronk to the Detroit Lions before the tight end threatened to retire.

Patriots fans are probably in a state of disbelief right now as they’ve just lost both of their franchise stars within a month of each other. And, this picture from Adam Schefter showing Brady and Gronk in Bucs jerseys probably won’t help them feel any better.

Take a look.

Even for Bucs fans, that image probably feels unreal. But it’s happening. Enjoy it.

Gronk has caught the most touchdowns from Tom Brady and it’s not even close

With tight end Rob Gronkowski set to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, check out a stat that shows how great he and Brady are together.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers pulled off another offseason miracle today, working out a trade with the New England Patriots for former tight end Rob Gronkowski.

The trade teams Brady back up with his favorite target. The two worked wonders together on the field in New England, and Gronk’s absence last season was noticeable in the Patriots’ often-stagnant offense.

And, if you need further proof of how successful the Brady-to-Gronk connection has been, just take a look at this stat.

Welcome to the Bucs, Gronk!
