Take-Two takes down Goat Simulator 3 trailer for using GTA 6 leaks

A new Goat Simulator 3 trailer used footage from the GTA 6 leaks, and Take-Two was less than pleased about it

A new Goat Simulator 3 trailer from developer Coffee Stain got a bit too satirical for Take-Two’s liking, as it featured footage from the recent GTA 6 leaks. While jokes and silliness are standard for Goat Simulator 3, the parody prompted Take-Two to issue a takedown notice and have the trailer removed (thanks, GamesRadar).

The trailer centered on an NPC named Shaun, who helped bring Goat Simulator 3 to life. Shaun discusses his skill at ragdoll physics, skills which he says come from time spent studying at the premier ragdolling university (which doesn’t exist). Shaun brings up a few other topics, including his preferred pastime of sitting in trees, and says he worked on other big games as well.

“I’ve got other stuff in the pipeline, other, big game worlds,” he said. “You can actually see me in some footage that was leaked a couple months ago.” 

At that point, footage from the leak starts rolling, with Shaun imposed on it. Considering Rockstar hasn’t officially shown even the slightest hint of the game, its protagonists, or even a logo – and the leak reportedly happened as the result of a hacking attack– it’s no wonder Take-Two acted so quickly to remove the trailer.

Goat Simulator 3 Imperial Mausoleum: How to play the Imperial March on the church bells

The Imperial Mausoleum challenge in Goat Simulator 3 will have you play one of Star Wars’ most iconic tunes.

Goat Simulator 3 is no stranger to a classic reference or two. If anything, a large part of its humor relies on your ability to recognize a thing and find it funny. Such is the case with the Imperial Mausoleum. The name may have already caused a bulb to light in your mind’s eye, but if not, this is a Star Wars reference.

Your goal is to climb up onto the top of the Mausoleum where you’ll find some bells you must use to play the first few bars of the iconic Imperial March. If you don’t know what that sounds like, just find an audio clip online and you’ll instantly recognize it. We’ll explain the solution to this puzzle.

As you goat about your business in Goat Simulator 3, you’ll eventually come across a zoo, full of lovely animals for you to make friends with. Unfortunately, the local law enforcement doesn’t seem that bothered by the problem, so it’s up to one brave goat to save the day.
