Twitter reacts: Georgia moves to 9-0 with blowout win over Missouri

Here’s how UGA Twitter reacted to the Dawgs’ win and JT Daniels’ return…

No. 1 Georgia is riding high after a 43-6 win over Missouri on Saturday afternoon. The blowout was completely dominated by the Bulldogs, who move to 9-0 on the season.

Stetson Bennett was once again solid at quarterback, connecting on several big throws, including two touchdown passes. The former walk-on finished 13 of 19 passing for 255 yards and the two scores, while adding 10 yards on 2 carries on the ground.

We did get to see J.T. Daniels take snaps at quarterback after missing time with a lat injury that held him out since Week 4. Daniels completed 7 of 11 passes for 82 yards, one touchdown and one interception in three drives.

Here’s how UGA Twitter reacted to Daniels’ return and the Georgia win:

Here’s a look at Georgia’s touchdown drive that started the second half…

No. 1 Georgia is putting it on Missouri right now.

The Bulldogs went up 33-3 over the Tigers thanks to a touchdown drive to start the second half.

Junior Receiver Kearis Jackson broke free for a 37 yard run and then sophomore wideout Jermaine Burton took a screen into the endzone for his 3rd score of the year.

Burton is moving well after dealing with a groin injury the last several weeks. He’s got two receptions for 64 yards and this touchdown run.

Watch: Brock Bowers big play leads to Georgia FG

After a slow start, No. 1 Georgia is starting to pull away from Missouri in Athens.

The Bulldogs just had a scoring drive capped by a Jack Podlesny field goal to go up 19-3 late in the second quarter.

Those points are due, in part, to some big plays from running back Kenny McIntosh and tight end Brock Bowers.

McIntosh made his presence felt with this great catch out of the backfield.

Then Bowers took his turn, featuring a nasty stiff arm.

Watch: Georgia gets Missouri safety off blocked punt

Here’s Georgia’s blocked punt that resulted in a Missouri safety…

No. 1 Georgia didn’t get off to the dominant start versus Missouri that we’ve become used to this year. The Tigers were able to stop Georgia’s first possession and scored a field goal on their second drive.

UGA is on a run now, though, after a 35-yard touchdown pass from Stetson Bennett to Arian Smith and this huge special teams play:

That put the Dawgs up 9-3 early in the second quarter.

Georgia injury report ahead of UGA vs. Missouri

Here’s Georgia’s injury status headed into the matchup with Missouri…

No. 1 Georgia (8-0) will face Missouri (4-4) at noon this Saturday in Athens.

The Bulldogs are coming off of a dominant 34-7 win over Florida in Jacksonville and Missouri is coming off of a 37-28 win over Vanderbilt.

Georgia has been dealing with an injury bug since the start of fall camp.

Starting quarterback J.T. Daniels has been down since playing the first quarter at Vanderbilt in Week 4, and the UGA receiver room has been decimated at times throughout the season.

While the Bulldogs haven’t missed a beat thanks to a top defense and the play of Stetson Bennett under center, it’s always a positive to have talented players available.

The good news for Georgia is that both Daniels and several wideouts are getting back to playing shape.

Here’s an updated UGA injury report for the matchup with Missouri:
