The start of the 2020 season is exactly a month away and with college football looking unlikely this year, fans will be counting on the NFL more than ever.

With college football looking increasingly unlikely to happen this year, football fans will be counting on the NFL more than ever in 2020.

Falcons fans are anxious to see the team’s new additions — including RB Todd Gurley, DE Dante Fowler and CB A.J. Terrell — take the field in Atlanta’s new-look unifoms, while putting an inconsistent 2019 season in the rear-view mirror.

The Falcons’ Twitter account has been doing its part to keep fans engaged by showing glimpses of training camp since they aren’t allowed inside this year.

The Falcons open the season on September 13, hosting the Seattle Seahawks from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Week 1.

The Falcons are putting helmets on today for the first time in eight months as training camp picks up. With the regular season season still a month away, though, the team has some serious work to do before Week 1.

Wide receiver Julio Jones has never been one to shy away from hard work. His veteran leadership will be be tested this season as Atlanta deals with so much roster turnover and zero preseason games to prepare.

Atlanta Falcons will enter 2020 with new jerseys of their own

The Atlanta Falcons have unveiled their fresh new look for 2020.

Yesterday, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers unveiled their new-look uniforms for the 2020 season, saying goodbye to the jerseys they introduced back in 2014. For the most part, fans seemed on board with the team’s redesign, which will help usher in the Tom Brady era in Tampa.

But, the Bucs won’t be the only NFC South team with a new look come the fall. Not to be outdone, the Atlanta Falcons have unveiled their fresh new threads after leaks surfaced yesterday. Take a look at the new Falcons design below.

I actually think it’s a major upgrade from their old look, which they’ve basically had since the early years of the Michael Vick era.

One Twitter account, however, couldn’t help but have some fun at Atlanta’s expense.
