Colts’ Eric Fisher, Jack Doyle dealing with various injuries

Colts LT Eric Fisher and TE Jack Doyle are dealing with various injuries in Week 17.

Indianapolis Colts left tackle Eric Fisher and tight end Jack Doyle are dealing with various injuries as the team begins preparation for the Week 17 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Both players left the game against the Arizona Cardinals during the first half. It appears Fisher is dealing with three separate injuries while Doyle is dealing with two.

“In addition, just going to circle back on (Eric) Fisher and (Jack) Doyle. Eric Fisher is dealing with a knee, a toe and a pec,” Reich told the media Monday. “So, we’ll continue to monitor him day-by-day. Jack is dealing with an ankle and a knee, so same thing on him.”

With so many players on the reserve/COVID-19 list this week, the Colts may be without their entire starting offensive line when they host the Raiders on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Colts are likely to give the starting role to Mo Alie-Cox while bumping up the snaps for rookie Kylen Granson if Doyle is to miss time.

Colts’ Eric Fisher (knee) ruled OUT vs. Cardinals

Colts LT Eric Fisher (knee) has been ruled OUT vs. the Cardinals.

Indianapolis Colts left tackle Eric Fisher was ruled out after suffering a knee injury during the second quarter of Saturday night’s game against the Arizona Cardinals.

The Colts were already down three starting offensive linemen and then lost Jack Doyle to knee/ankle injuries during the second quarter as well.

With Fisher out, the Colts dig even deeper at left tackle and will play Julién Davenport for the time being.

Here’s a quick look at the Colts’ unrestricted free agents in 2022.

The Indianapolis Colts are right in the thick of the AFC playoff race as the top wild-card team in the conference with three games remaining in the regular season.

Though their minds are currently on how they can beat the Arizona Cardinals on the road for a Christmas Day game in prime time, we can still take a quick peek at what’s to come this offseason.

With that, here is a quick look at the 24 Colts currently set to become unrestricted free agents during the 2022 offseason:

Colts vs. Jaguars: Key matchups to watch in Week 10

Key matchups to watch in the Week 10 games between the Colts and Jaguars.

For the first time this season, the Indianapolis Colts (4-5) and Jacksonville Jaguars (2-6) will face off for a divisional matchup.

Taking place at Lucas Oil Stadium, both teams are coming off of big wins. The Colts put up 45 points for the first time since 2014 against the New York Jets in prime time while the Jaguars are coming off of an upset win over the Buffalo Bills.

Entering this bout, here are some key matchups to keep an eye on Sunday:

Stock up, stock down from Colts’ 45-30 win over Jets

Stock report from the Colts’ 45-30 win over the Jets in Week 9.

The Indianapolis Colts (4-5) were able to defeat the New York Jets (2-6) on Thursday night, 45-30, in their highest-scoring game of the season in Week 9.

The offense had several players improve their stock in the outing as almost everyone had a nearly flawless game on that side of the ball. The defense was up and down. There were some good performances and some discouraging outings against a Jets offense led by Mike White and Josh Johnson.

Here’s the stock report from the Colts’ win over the Jets in Week 9:

Stock up, stock down from Colts’ 34-31 loss to Titans

Taking stock from the Colts’ loss to the Titans in Week 8.

The Indianapolis Colts (3-5) couldn’t get the job done at home on Sunday as they dropped a crucial divisional rematch, 34-31, against the Tennessee Titans (6-2) in overtime.

The Week 8 contest was close throughout even after the Colts got out to a quick 14-0 lead in the first quarter. By the time halftime rolled around, it was a three-point game. The Colts nearly gave the game away at the end of the fourth quarter and needed some magic to put together a game-tying drive at the end of regulation.

However, the reckless decision-making from Carson Wentz doomed the Colts in overtime, and it simply added another reason as to why this team has failed to finish against winning teams.

Here’s a look at the stock report from the overtime loss in Week 8:

Studs and duds from Colts’ 31-3 win vs. Texans

Studs and duds from the Colts’ 31-3 win over the Texans.

The Indianapolis Colts (2-4) came into Week 6 of the season very much at a crossroads. Would they rebound from a heartbreaking prime-time collapse with a big division victory at home? Or would they fall further into the void of a lost season?

The Colts responded in a big way with a dominating win over the Houston Texans (1-5).

Indianapolis controlled this game from the beginning to the end, with all three phases contributing to an impressive outing. The Colts got turnovers and capitalized with points off of them, were solid in the red zone and made multiple big plays when they were needed.

It was a momentum swing this franchise needed and hopefully, they can continue to build on that and repeat the success of the 2018 season where they also began 1-4 and still made the playoffs.

Here are the studs and duds from the 31-3 win in Week 6:

Studs and duds from Colts’ 31-25 loss to Ravens

Studs and duds from the Colts’ 31-25 loss to the Ravens.

The Indianapolis Colts (1-4) nearly pulled off a miraculous upset on the road against the Baltimore Ravens (4-1) on Monday night but a late, fourth-quarter collapse resulted in a 31-25 loss in overtime.

It was pure domination by the Colts for the first three quarters as they took a 25-9 lead with 12 minutes remaining in the game. From that point on, it was the Lamar Jackson show.

The prime-time loss was a mixed bag. There were bright spots in the loss. However, they will be overshadowed by the dud performances of the night.

Here are the studs and duds from the 31-25 loss in Week 5:

Stock up, Stock down in Colts’ 27-17 win over Dolphins

Stock report from the Colts’ 27-17 win over the Dolphins.

For the first time during the 2021 season, the Indianapolis Colts (1-3) came out on the winning end of a game, defeating the Miami Dolphins (1-3) on Sunday, 27-17, at Hard Rock Stadium.

Facing a familiar face in Jacoby Brissett, the Colts had an advantage knowing there was a good chance the defense would do its job after three concerning weeks. They were able to bottle up the Dolphins offense with relative ease.

Meanwhile, the Colts offense finally looked like a solid unit after a slow start against a Dolphins defense that is still trying to figure itself out.

As is the case every week, the stock report is fluid. Sometimes a player’s stock is the culmination of a trend while it could also be a new narrative we’re keeping an eye on.

Regardless, here’s the stock report from the Colts’ 27-17 win on Sunday:

The Indianapolis Colts (1-3) got a much-needed first win of the year on the road over the Miami Dolphins (1-3) in a pretty impressive fashion for most of the game. It was a nice rebound for a struggling team fighting to save its season.

The Colts had more than a few solid performances on the day and here we’ll highlight just a few and low-light some others in our studs and duds of this Week 4 victory.
