The Wildcats were on fire in Thursday’s win against Utah. The team went 15-for-29 from three point range, making it just the second time in the last six games Colorado has shot over 30 percent from beyond the arc. Four players scored in double digits, including Max Hazzard, who drained six three-pointers on his way to a season-high 24 points. Arizona better be ready for a talented Colorado defense that has held its past eight opponents to a 23 percent shooting mark from three-point range.

Colorado is on quite a run. After its win against ASU, the Buffaloes have now won seven of their last eight games. Against Arizona State, Colorado was led by guard Tyler Bey, who scored 19 points and collected eight rebounds. The team had a total of four players score in double digits. After scoring 28 points in the first half, the Buffaloes turned things up a notch and scored 40 points in the second half.

How to Watch Michigan vs. Iowa, NCAA Basketball Live Stream, Schedule, TV Channel, Start Time

Watch Michigan vs. Iowa Live Online.

In such a tough basketball conference as the Big Ten, it’s only a matter of time before teams go through a rough patch. That’s currently the case for Michigan and Iowa, who meet on Friday. It will mark an important game for both schools, who hope a win can get them through the grind of the conference schedule. These teams met on Dec. 6 in a high scoring affair that saw Michigan beat Iowa 103-91.

No. 19 Michigan (11-5, 2-3) would rather forget Sunday’s 75-67 loss to Minnesota on the road in which the team was outscored by nine points in the second half. Zavier Simpson led the Wolverines in scoring with 19 points, but Michigan couldn’t stop the hot shooting of Minnesota, which was close to 55 percent. Michigan ranks first in the Big Ten in field goal percentage (.478), second in three-point accuracy (.363) and third in scoring offense (77.9). The team will continue to be without Isaiah Livers, who has been dealing with a groin injury since Dec. 21.

After starting off Big Ten play with a 1-3 record, the Hawkeyes have won two straight games, including their first road win, knocking off Northwestern 75-62 on Tuesday night. Now, Iowa (12-5, 3-3) can take a deep breath with three straight home games. Iowa held Northwestern to 36 percent shooting and 29 percent shooting from three-point range. Center Luke Garza was a beast, scoring a team-high 27 points. Garza was unbelievable in the first contest, scoring 44 points in the game. The same defensive intensity the team showed against Northwestern needs to happen again vs. Michigan if the Hawkeyes want a win.

Ohio State (11-2, 1-1) has played its fair share of tough opponents to begin the season, but after a 71-65 win vs. No. 17 Kentucky, the Buckeyes were unable to pick up a win at home, losing 67-59 vs. No. 16 West Virginia on Sunday. While the Buckeyes had a 37-31 lead at halftime, the team had trouble finding the bottom of the net in the second half and were outscored 36-22. Ohio State shot just 31.3 percent for the game and 33.3 from three-point range. The team was led by Kaleb Wesson, who had 17 points and nine rebounds.

Wisconsin (8-5, 1-1) cruised to victory on Tuesday with a 65-37 win over Rider. The team has won by 15 or more points over the last three games. Wisconsin’s offense hit its stride in the second half, scoring 20 points in only five and a half minutes. The flurry of scoring to open the second half was led by three straight three-pointers from Brad Davison. Nate Reuvers led all scorers with 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting. The Tar Heels (6-5) were unable to come away with a victory to Gonzaga on Wednesday in a 94-81 loss. It marked the team’s fourth straight loss. A trio of players scored in double digits, including forward Garrison Brooks, who scored a team-high 16 points and also had six rebounds. UNC shot 45.7 percent from the field and out-rebounded the Bulldogs 35-30.

With news coming out this week that freshman guard Cole Anthony will miss the next four to six weeks after undergoing surgery on a partially torn meniscus, it has become obvious that he’s left a void in UNC’s starting lineup. Anthony, a potential top-five pick in the NBA draft, was averaging 19.1 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 3.6 assists and had back-to-back double-doubles to start his career against Notre Dame and UNC Wilmington.

UCLA lost 75-61 on the road to Notre Dame last Saturday, moving the Bruins record to 7-4 on the season. UCLA shot just 34.9 percent from the field but did go 7-for-16 from beyond the arc. UCLA also struggled from the free throw line, going just 10-for-20. Chris Smith was the only player to score in double digits, collecting 10 points and five rebounds.
