We heard about the ball skills of freshman wide-receiver Garrett Wilson before he even came to Ohio State. As a five-star wideout, the thought was that he could contribute immediately once on campus. It have taken him a little while to get going, but we started seeing some of that potential realized later in the year (right Michigan?).
Now he’s beginning to get even more targets and more playing time. He’s already showed out in a big way early on in the Fiesta Bowl.
Watch as Wilson goes up and over a Clemson defender to high point the ball and come down just in bounds for a big play. The ruling on the field was originally an incomplete pass, but it was overturned after a review.
