Arizona, which is No. 9 in the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll, defeated 7th-seeded Dayton 78-68 (covering a -8.5) Saturday afternoon. The Wildcats have thus far held foes to a 36.6% field-goal percentage in this tournament. They are in their 7th Sweet 16 since 2011.

Clemson vs. Arizona head-to-head

CU and UA last met in a home-and-home series played in 2010 and 2011. Arizona swept the 2 games and won both ATS.

Clemson’s only other Sweet 16 was in 2018. Between 2012 and this March, the Tigers were in the Big Dance just twice (2018, 2021).
