The Heat (-900) are just too expensive on the money line, as you have to put up nine times your potential return. Over the long haul that’s a terrible betting strategy. PASS, and look to the spread instead.

Against the spread (ATS)
The HEAT -12.5 (-110) have been favored by double digits just twice this season. They’re 1-1 ATS, and the cover was against the Cavaliers +12.5 (-110) as 11-point favorites on March 16 at the Triple-A, winning 113-98. Look for a similar result here against the skidding Cavs.
Over/Under (O/U)
OVER 203.5 (-115) is a good play, as this line is super low in this day and age. Yes, the Cavs have hit the Under in six in a row, and they’re have scored 105 or fewer points in each of the outings.
However, they have allowed 114 in each of the past two. This won’t be confused with a track meet, but it will end up Over thanks to Miami’s offense.
