Bachelor in Paradise: Meet the 18 new singles vying for love on season 9

A former Bachelorette, a season winner and more all head to the paradise this fall.

Get your bathing suits, cocktail umbrellas and sunscreen ready. It is time to return to the beach and find love. The ninth season of ABC’s Bachelor in Paradise debuts September 28, bringing 18 new(ish) singles to paradise.

As a spin-off of the extremely popular Bachelor and Bachelorette series, Bachelor in Paradise features men and women who were not so lucky in love and are looking for a new shot at their forever.

This season, a former Bachelorette (Rachel Recchia) will join the fray, as will Blake Moynes, the one-time fiancé of Season 17’s Bachelorette Katie Thurston.

A handful of men from the most recent season of The Bachelorette with Charity Lawson will make an appearance, including Brayden and his extensive earring collection.

For those of you like me who are eager for your latest Bachelor fix, there’s plenty of programming coming this summer and later this year.

ABC announced official premiere dates for the new seasons of The Bachelorette and everyone’s favorite Bachelor in Paradise, which will give fans plenty of drama to enjoy in the coming months.

Back during March 15’s After the Final Rose special it was announced that there would be not one, but two Bachelorette seasons with Katie Thurston and Matt James’ runner-up Michelle Young. Thurston’s season, which has already started filming, will be first while Young’s season is expected to film this summer.

After the new season of Bachelor in Paradise was postponed due to COVID-19, the fan-favorite show will return this summer with a new cast featuring Bachelor and Bachelorette alums.
