Miami WR names Georgia football among top schools

Miami WR Andy Jean has named Georgia football as one of his top schools…

Four-star receiver Any Jean has named Georgia football among his top-eight schools, per On3 Sports’ Joseph Hastings.

Jean will choose among Georgia, Alabama, Miami, LSU, Pittsburg, Texas A&M, Penn State and Florida.

Jean, out of Northwestern High School, is rated as the No. 57 receiver in the country and the No. 81 player in the state of Florida in the 2023 class, per 247Sports Composite.

In 2021, Jean (6-foot-1, 180 pounds) caught 40 passes for 733 yards (18.3 avg.) and eight touchdowns in 14 games, including six catches for 122 yards and two touchdowns versus in-state powerhouse IMG Academy.

Georgia football offers scholarship to Miami Northwestern WR

The Georgia Bulldogs and Miami Hurricanes have offered a scholarships to Miami Northwestern High School wide receiver Andy Jean.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to wide receiver Andy Jean. Andy Jean is not yet rated as a recruit and is a member of the class of 2023.

The Miami Northwestern High School sophomore wide receiver has a smaller build at six-foot-one and he weighs 175 pounds. In addition to his offer from the University of Georgia, Andy Jean also has a scholarship offer from the Miami Hurricanes.

Jean is an explosive athlete, who is effective in the screen game. He’s a solid route runner and shows off his ability to separate in on of the clips below.

Miami Northwestern is one of the most decorated high school football programs in the country. Dallas Cowboys receiver Amari Cooper, Carolina Panthers quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Lavonte David, former New York Giants and Georgia Bulldogs defensive back Deandre Baker, and more played for the prestigious program.
