It’s down to the final two teams in the NFL as championship weekend has come and gone. While the Dallas Cowboys were the first team to prove the moment was too big for them in the NFL playoffs, they hardly were the last. After embarrassing the Cowboys in the wild-card round, the young Green Bay Packers had a chance to take out the No. 1 seeded San Francisco 49ers, but choked away a big first-half lead.

The Detroit Lions coaching staff tried to prove they weren’t out of a Wizard of Oz reenactment, and proved more hearty than heady in letting their 17-point lead whither away under pressure. The Baltimore Ravens saw a shot to go to the Super Bowl and abandoned everything they did well in a fit of panic with Patrick Mahomes staring them down. The playoffs are not for the weak, and now 30 of 32 teams are in full offseason mode.

While the Cowboys could still lose defensive coordinator Dan Quinn to one of the final two head-coach vacancies, their thoughts are on the personnel changes they’ll need to make to find better fortune.

With 19 pending free agents and a handful of reserve/future signings, here’s a look at the baseline group they enter the offseason with. The team can carry up to 90 players in the offseason.

Here’s a look at the Colts’ 90-man roster ahead of the second preseason game.

The Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Bears are all set for a prime-time preseason matchup at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday night.

Following a pair of joint training camp practices at the Grand Park Sports Complex in Westfield, both teams will continue working against each other for a preseason Week 2 bout.

There have been plenty of roster changes over the last week, including two significant players suffering season-ending injuries—Ashton Dulin and Genard Avery.

The Minnesota Vikings are set to take on the Tennessee Titans at home on Saturday night at 7 pm central time.

The game will be an interesting one for both sides, especially after the two teams had joint practices on Wednesday and Thursday.

The Titans won’t be playing quarterbacks Ryan Tannehill or Will Levis with Malik Willis getting all the snaps on Saturday night.

The Vikings likely won’t be playing any of their starters and both Akayleb Evans and Mekhi Blackmon will likely be out as well after suffering injuries on Thursday.

Training camp is almost here. That means a new NFL season is not far behind. On Friday, the rookie class of the Washington Commanders reported for their first training camp.

Early next week, the rest of the team reports to camp. While much of the focus on the Commanders right now is on the new owners, there are plenty of fresh new faces on the 90-man roster, too.

The Commanders added multiple players in free agency, selected seven players in the 2023 NFL draft and added even more undrafted free agents.

Between now and Aug. 29, the Green Bay Packers will need to determine the best 53 players from the offseason roster of 90.

Training camp for Matt LaFleur’s team begins with 90 players on Wednesday, July 26, the day of the first practice. By Tuesday, Aug. 29, Brian Gutekunst and the Packers need to have the roster trimmed to 53 and ready for the regular season.

Throughout the next few weeks, Packers Wire will track the 90-man roster, listing players, uniform numbers and changes made at each position group during training camp.
