The first week of the NFL regular season went about as poorly as it could for the Pittsburgh Steelers in a blowout loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Meanwhile, things for the Cleveland Browns went perfectly as they upset the Cincinnati Bengals right out of the gate.

This week the Steelers and Browns square off at Acrisure Stadium and it is as close to a must-win game as the Steelers could have in the second week of the season.

But despite these two teams squaring off from opposite worlds in Week Two, the oddsmakers haven’t given up on Pittsburgh just yet. According to BetMGM, the Steelers are only 2.5-point underdogs this week. After watching what happened last week, that is more than generous.

History says the Steelers will beat the Browns but you can’t put too much stock in that given Pittsburgh’s dominance over the Browns was due in large part to quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

The Steelers were only 2.0-point underdogs last week but found a way to lose 30-7 to the San Francisco 49ers.
