With the Pittsburgh Steelers playing the Baltimore Ravens on Saturday, the game status report came out a day early. There was plenty of bad news on the report but at least one piece of good news. Injured outside linebacker T.J. Watt, who had been limited all week with an ankle injury had no injury designation.
Pittsburgh needs all the help they can get on defense. Starting safety DeShon Elliott is listed as doubtful, cornerback Donte Jackson is questionable as is defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi.
If the Steelers can beat the Ravens on the road, they would clinch the AFC North. The Steelers secured a spot in the playoffs last week despite losing to the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Steelers will follow up Saturday’s showdown with the Ravens with a Christmas Day home game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
