The Philadelphia 76ers look like they will be getting some more help as they will welcome back a key piece to their team. The Sixers have been dealing with injuries and health and safety protocols over the recent weeks and the team will have the services of a key piece of their lineup on Wednesday against the Boston Celtics.
That piece will be guard Seth Curry who tested positive for COVID back on Jan. 7 when the team was facing the Brooklyn Nets. After missing five games after going through the proper protocols, he has been cleared to return as he is not on the injury report ahead of Wednesday’s matchup.

Curry was off to a terrific start for the Sixers averaging 17.0 points and shooting a blistering 59.5% from deep through the first eight games of the season. He was making a huge difference for the Sixers as far as their spacing is concerned and he will look to get back into a groove rather quickly.
As for Mike Scott and Vincent Poirier, both players will remain out. Scott is still dealing with right knee soreness and Poirier is still in the health and safety protocols.

The Sixers and the Celtics will tipoff at 7:00 p.m. EST for the first time since the playoffs back in August.
