Six schools that make sense for Georgia WR transfer AD Mitchell

These six schools would be a great fit for AD Mitchell.

The latest big name to enter the crowded NCAA transfer portal is Georgia wide receiver Adonai Mitchell.

Mitchell is looking for a new home after helping guide UGA to back-to-back national championships. “AD” came up with two of the best catches in Georgia football history, hauling in the game-winning touchdowns against Alabama in the 2022 national title and Ohio State in the Peach Bowl.

Injuries kept Mitchell sidelined for the majority of the 2022 campaign, but many expected him to be Georgia’s top target coming into the year. Mitchell returned in the SEC championship game and looked like an elite pass catcher in the postseason.

Mitchell is a former four-star prospect from the class of 2021. He is a Texas native who moved to Tennessee to finish his high school career. Mitchell has three seasons of eligibility remaining at the college level.
