Shai Gilgeous-Alexander labeled a ‘Drip King’ by Tristan Thompson

The veteran Cavaliers center posted a picture of the duo on Twitter Wednesday, captioning it ‘Drip Kings’ and tagging Gilgeous-Alexander.

There are definitely worse things to be called.

Cleveland Cavaliers center, Tristan Thompson, labeled his fellow Canadian, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, a ‘drip king’ on Wednesday afternoon.

Like many players throughout the NBA, the veteran was apparently looking to kill some time while the league is on indefinite hiatus and came across an old picture of the pair.

There’s no additional context about when the photo was originally taken, but based on the colors in the background it likely came from the Thunder’s road trip to Cleveland at the beginning of January (in case anyone was worried that Thompson and Gilgeous-Alexander weren’t following physical distancing recommendations).

Thompson clearly liked the way he and SGA looked, captioning the shot ‘Drip Kings’ and tagging Gilgeous-Alexander in a Twitter post.

Thompson’s not lying about drip. He’s rocking a $6,500 embroidered Gucci shearling denim jacket while Gilgeous-Alexander has on a pair of blue and white Louis Vuitton monogram pants.

Gilgeous-Alexander has also been showing off his fits while the league is halted due to the health risk posed by the coronavirus.

He’s been sharing various videos on Tik Tok dancing in his bathroom and also posting pictures from his closet on Instagram, popularizing the hashtag #quarantinefits.
