(Update: 11:02 a.m.): The Bills announced that Jackson was released from the hospital and did not suffer a serious injury:

No official team statement yet regarding the injury status of Buffalo Bills cornerback Dane Jackson.
There were positives to note from the Bills locker room after what happened, at least.
Jackson and Bills linebacker Tremaine Edmunds collided attempting a tackle near halftime against the Tennessee Titans in Week 2. Edmunds accidentally caused Jackson’s head to snap back in an awkward fashion.
Thankfully, there was a good sign right away. Many noticed Jackson moving right after the hit, quelling all the natural fears that come with a neck injury.
During the 41-7 win, the team announced that Jackson was being taken to the hospital. The Bills did confirm that Jackson had movement at that time.
During his post-game press conference, Buffalo head coach Sean McDermott did so again.
“Still waiting word,” McDermott began. “Dane has, I think, full movement in his extremities, which is good.”
“Hopefully we’ll get some more on him soon,” McDermott added.
While not a medical professional, safety Jordan Poyer went on to provide some positive first-hand news. He noted that he had spoken to both Jackson and safety Micah Hyde (neck) via text message. Hyde was also injured in the contest.
Poyer said the pair responded positively.
“It was just kind of a weird game with a bunch of guys going down,” Poyer said via video conference. “I texted Micah, he said he was alright. I texted Dane, he said he was alright.”
