The Seahawks held their second official practice of the week today as they continue to prepare for Monday night’s game against the Eagles. Starting quarterback Geno Smith remains limited, but sounds on track to play. Meanwhile, Jamal Adams did not practice for the second straight day and neither did rookie corner Devon Witherspoon.
