Michigan State is set to take on Big Ten foe Ohio State this weekend, but due to a coronavirus outbreak within the Buckeye program, the game is still in jeopardy of getting canceled. As of now, the game is still set for a noon kickoff this Saturday at Spartan Stadium.
Assuming the game will still be played as scheduled, a familiar face will not be on the sidelines. Ohio State head coach Ryan Day will not be coaching due to his own positive test for the virus. Day will not be out of a mandatory 10-day isolation due to a positive test.

Larry Johnson was set to be the interim head coach a week ago before the Buckeyes game against Illinois was canceled. It is assumed that he will assume those duties this week, if all goes according to plan.
