We’ve got another black strip alert that occurred during a spring practice session on Tuesday. We already told you about All-American transfer Caleb Downs receiving the honor, but on the same day, star Ole Miss running back transfer Quinshon Judkins also shed his black stripe and ceremonially became an official part of the Buckeye “brotherhood.”
It’s a new world for Judkins coming in as arguably the best running back in the SEC, and now he’s got a new home in Scarlet and Gray. During the brief ceremony, Judkins seemed excited and ready to get to work.
Ay, ya’ll, I appreciate everybody getting me better bro,” Judkins told teammates “I couldn’t do it without y’all. I’m happy to be in the best place in America bro. Go Bucks!”

We’ll continue to keep an eye on any further players that shed their black stripes as we continue to traverse 2024 spring practice at the Woody.
