It’s really sad how things have played out for a man who is like a brother to me. Just know that when @Earl_Thomas gets back on the grass he will be out to make a point! Still one of the best in this league and I look forward to him being able to prove it again

Following safety Earl Thomas’ release from the Baltimore Ravens for disorderly conduct, former Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman came out in defense of his former teammate on Twitter, asserting his confidence that Thomas will find himself on another NFL team in no time.
Thomas reportedly had an altercation with Ravens safety Chuck Clark, which was the catalyst for his release. He only played one season for Baltimore after being signed to a four-year, $55 million contract in 2019.
Speculation about Thomas returning to Seattle has already begun, but his rocky late tenure and end in the Emerald City must be taken into account. The Seahawks also seem set at the safety position with Jamal Adams and Quandre Diggs, so it is unlikely to see Thomas wearing blue and green again.
