Tagovailoa, who was drafted by the Dolphins as the 5th overall pick of the 2020 NFL Draft is hoping to become Miami’s franchise quarterback and prove to the world he’s 100% and ready to go.
Tagovailoa’s status for this season is uncertain since some analysts suggest sitting the quarterback this season to make sure his hip is truly 100%. Over time, we will know what the Dolphins are planning to do. Will they sit him and make sure he’s truly 100%, or will they play their first-round pick this season and hope for the best? Only time will tell.
Last season at Alabama, Tagovailoa threw for 2,840 yards, 33 touchdowns and 3 interceptions before a season-ending injury against Mississippi State.
