Before the coronavirus cancelled many sporting events, games, and more, the Washington Redskins were reportedly ready to exhaust resources scouting Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa.

That was of course, until the NFL had tot ban teams from attending pro days and in person visits until further notice.
As Fowler explained, teams can still do a video conference call such as Skype or Zoom.
Another report by Safid Deen of the Sun Sentinel:
“The Redskins told Tagovailoa they want to bring him to Washington to compete with second-year quarterback Dwayne Haskins during their meeting at the NFL combine, a source told the South Florida Sun Sentinel.
They felt like Dwayne was not the guy right now,” the source said. “They want to bring in Tua, just get it going and compete.”
Is this just a smoke screen move by the Redskins, or are they actually interested in Tagovailoa becoming their QB1?
Only time will tell. But one thing is for sure. This year’s NFL Draft might be one of the most fascinating drafts we’ve seen in awhile.
