A day of elimination game action at the College World Series is in the books.
TCU ended Oral Roberts’ Cinderella run in Omaha. The Horned Frogs were in control the entire game and advance to play the Florida Gators on Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. CT. TCU will have to beat Florida twice to make it to the national championship series.
After losing to Wake Forest on Monday night, LSU was tasked with playing Tennessee for the fifth time this season. [autotag]Nate Ackenhausen[/autotag] was up to the task. He pitched a gem for the Tigers as they eliminated the Vols 5-0.
