The Baltimore Ravens didn’t get Christmas day off this year, instead, hitting the practice field in preparation for the New York Giants. And after two consecutive days of worrying injury reports, Friday’s list is far more manageable.
The only Ravens player ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Giants is cornerback Jimmy Smith, who has been battling rib and shoulder injuries for weeks now. Fellow cornerback Marcus Peters missed all three days of practice but is listed as questionable after nearly playing last week, giving hope he’s healthy enough to put on a helmet and pads in Week 16.
The list of “questionable” designations is fairly lengthy for Baltimore but most seem to be on the mend and likely to play. As the Ravens make a playoff push, their health will play a major factor.
