The off-guard missed one year of his prime after he had to undergo surgery on his right knee for a fourth time. He responded by playing in all 82 games the following season, averaging 13.4 points per game while shooting a career-best 40.5% from 3-point territory.

Kittles was a vital part of the Nets’ back-to-back runs to the NBA Finals in 2002 and 2003. He also ranks second in franchise history in 3-pointers made (687) and third in steals (803).
