The Croatian native’s stats from his time with the Nets speak for themselves. Unfortunately, the hall of famer’s career came to an end when he died in a car accident in 1993.

In what wound up being his final NBA season (1992-93), Petrovic was Third Team All-NBA. That year, he averaged career-bests in points per game (22.2), field goal percentage (51.8), 3-point percentage (44.9) and free-throw percentage (87).
