The Nets franchise has featured some impressive shooting guards through the years, including a hall of famer, and other soon-to-be.

3. John Williamson

Nets Stats: 17.8 PPG | 46.3 FG% | 1.1 SPG

John Williamson was part of the Nets’ two ABA championship-winning teams. Some of his best play came during the 1976 championship run — which also happened to be the ABA’s last season. “Super John” averaged 22.2 points per game on 49.7 percent shooting.

Williamson was also with the Nets when they first joined the NBA.

His No. 23 is one of six numbers the franchise has retired.
