3. Darryl Dawkins

Nets Stats: 14.3 PPG | 5.5 RPG | 1.5 BPG

Dawkins set career highs in points per game (16.8 in 1983-84) and blocks per game (1.9 in 1982-83) while with the Nets.

He also played a significant role in New Jersey upsetting the reigning NBA Champion Philadelphia 76ers in the first round of the 1984 NBA playoffs. Dawkins averaged 13.6 points on 58.7% shooting, 4.8 rebounds and one block per game throughout the series.
