Ranking the top five centers in Nets history

The Brooklyn Nets have a pair of talented centers in Jarrett Allen and DeAndre Jordan. Does either rank among the franchise’ five best ever?

Honorable Mention

Jason Collins played in 17 of the Nets’ 20 games during their run to the 2002 NBA Finals. He then earned the starting center job in 2002-03 and spent eight seasons in a Nets uniform.

Shawn Bradley was never in New Jersey for an entire season, but he did represent the Nets in 107 games. During that time, he averaged 12.3 points, 8.0 rebounds and 3.8 blocked shots per game.

DeAndre Jordan has a way to go before he makes this list. Jarrett Allen has put together a solid resume through his first few years and seems to be on the right track — though, there stills seems to be another level to his game that he has yet to reach.
